Ciara's Fun Family Tasmania Adventure (Day 1 & 2 of 8)

Welcome to Ciara’s Fun Family! We hope you enjoy our video diary of our trip to Tasmania! It was truly a dream come true! Tasmania felt like a “Mini” New Zealand.

Day 1. Jetstar flight from Sydney to Launceston. We then drove approximately 2 hours from Launceston to Bicheno. The roads were very good and the weather was nice for us (generally the entire time.)
We visited the Denison Rivulet (beach), Whalers Lookout, Bicheno Blowhole and we [unsuccessfully] looked for Penguins at a little beach at the end of Gordon St. in Bicheno.

Day 2. We drove from Bicheno to Friendly Beaches (Rd.), then to Coles bay where we caught an Aqua Taxi ( $150 total for 2 Adults & 1 Child) to Hazard Beach. Then a 20-30min walk to Wineglass Bay.
From Coles Bay we drove up to the Cape Tourville Lighthouse and Lookout before driving to Swansea for the night.
