As part of Motor Trend’s annual Best Driver’s Car competition powered by Mothers, we line up the contenders on an airstrip and bask in the glory of horsepower, wheelspin, and launch control. This year, Senior Features Editors Jason Cammisa and Jonny Lieberman give you a quick tour of the 12 competitors before strapping into their insurance-mandated helmets and firesuits and introducing pedal to metal. This year, the contestants are the Acura NSX, Aston Martin V12 Vantage S manual, Audi R8 V10 Plus, BMW M4 GTS, Chevrolet Camaro SS 1LE, Dodge Viper ACR, Ford Mustang Shelby GT350R, Jaguar F-Type SVR, McLaren 570S, Mercedes-AMG GT S, Nissan GT-R, and Porsche 911 Carrera S—except for one small addition after Jason realizes Jonny’s Dodge Charger Hellcat is parked nearby.

Everything You Need to Know About Tanker Truck Driving Jobs
Tanker Truck Driving Jobs, both as a company driver and as an owner operator, pay very well in the trucking industry.
It is a specialized niche in trucking, with a premium mileage pay rate and pay package.
One of the best things about tanker driving jobs, is that the company usually pays the driver for everything they do.... the way it should be for ALL TRUCK DRIVING JOBS!
Mileage pay, extra pay for high traffic areas, fuel surcharge, extra pay for trips under 500 miles, waiting time pay, loading and unloading hourly pay, layover pay and safety bonus.
I've personally hauled gasoline and other petro product tankers as well as chemical tankers. Both of these jobs paid much better than the average truck driving job.
However, tanker work does come with some downsides. Driver liability is great. If the driver messes up, personal liability could be an issue.
A mistake doing this type of work can be deadly. Working with toxic and caustic chemicals and explosive products is very dangerous. There is no room for careless mistakes.
So if you want to make as much money as you're able as a truck driver, learn as much as you can about tanker work in the trucking industry. It may be something that interests you.

Chapter 8 3:43:15 - Workshops 1A
Chapter 9 3:59:29 - Workshops 1B
Chapter 10 4:05:57 - Exploration Updates
To fully explore and understand the ocean, we can no longer rely on a handful of large, expensive research vessels and vehicles. We truly need all hands on deck to do it.
On November 8-9, 2018, we brought together leaders and changemakers in ocean exploration, entertainment, recreation, and art to imagine new ways to empower an open, inclusive global community of ocean explorers. Our goal is to imagine creative ways to make the ocean so pervasive in modern culture that everyone has a positive association with and understanding of the sea.

SUMMARY
=======
John Ronald Reuel Tolkien (; 3 January 1892 – 2 September 1973) was an English writer, poet, philologist, and academic, who is best known as the author of the classic high fantasy works The Hobbit, The Lord of the Rings, and The Silmarillion.
He served as the Rawlinson and Bosworth Professor of Anglo-Saxon and Fellow of Pembroke College, Oxford, from 1925 to 1945 and Merton Professor of English Language and Literature and Fellow of Merton College, Oxford, from 1945 to 1959. He was at one time a close friend of C. S. Lewis—they were both members of the informal literary discussion group known as the Inklings. Tolkien was appointed a Commander of the Order of the British Empire by Queen Elizabeth II on 28 March 1972.
After Tolkien's death, his son Christopher published a series of works based on his father's extensive notes and unpublished manuscripts, including The Silmarillion. These, together with The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, form a connected body of tales, poems, fictional histories, invented languages, and literary essays about a fantasy world called Arda and Middle-earth within it. Between 1951 and 1955, Tolkien applied the term legendarium to the larger part of these writings. While many other authors had published works of fantasy before Tolkien, the great success of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings led directly to a popular resurgence of the genre. This has caused Tolkien to be popularly identified as the father of modern fantasy literature—or, more precisely, of high fantasy. In 2008, The Times ranked him sixth on a list of The 50 greatest British writers since 1945. Forbes ranked him the fifth top-earning dead celebrity in 2009.

The United States of America (USA), commonly known as the United States (U.S. or US) or America, is a country composed of 50 states, a federal district, five major self-governing territories, and various possessions. At 3.8 million square miles (9.8 million km2), the United States is the world's third- or fourth-largest country by total area and slightly smaller than the entire continent of Europe's 3.9 million square miles (10.1 million km2). With a population of over 325 million people, the U.S. is the third most populous country. The capital is Washington, D.C., and the largest city by population is New York City. Forty-eight states and the capital's federal district are contiguous in North America between Canada and Mexico. The State of Alaska is in the northwest corner of North America, bordered by Canada to the east and across the Bering Strait from Russia to the west. The State of Hawaii is an archipelago in the mid-Pacific Ocean. The U.S. territories are scattered about the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea, stretching across nine official time zones. The extremely diverse geography, climate, and wildlife of the United States make it one of the world's 17 megadiverse countries.Paleo-Indians migrated from Siberia to the North American mainland at least 15,000 years ago. European colonization began in the 16th century. The United States emerged from the thirteen British colonies established along the East Coast. Numerous disputes between Great Britain and the colonies following the French and Indian War led to the American Revolution, which began in 1775, and the subsequent Declaration of Independence in 1776. The war ended in 1783 with the United States becoming the first country to gain independence from a European power. The current constitution was adopted in 1788, with the first ten amendments, collectively named the Bill of Rights, being ratified in 1791 to guarantee many fundamental civil liberties. The United States embarked on a vigorous expansion across North America throughout the 19th century, acquiring new territories, displacing Native American tribes, and gradually admitting new states until it spanned the continent by 1848. During the second half of the 19th century, the Civil War led to the abolition of slavery. By the end of the century, the United States had extended into the Pacific Ocean, and its economy, driven in large part by the Industrial Revolution, began to soar. The Spanish–American War and World War I confirmed the country's status as a global military power. The United States emer ...
