By Land & By River
Raft, Backpack, Canoe, Kayak, and Cycle: Choose your own adventure to support this summer to support the Tuolumne River Trust.
By Land & By River is the Tuolumne River Trust’s Choose Your Own Adventure fundraising event series where we offer exciting opportunities to explore nature, protect the Tuolumne River, and raise awareness for river stewardship. Take part in one of our challenge events to support the Trust and connect with the watershed in a new way. Sign yourself up or start a team for a backpacking trip, a whitewater rafting adventure, Climate Ride, kayaking to the Golden Gate Bridge, or canoe trip on the Tuolumne.
After seven successful years of our signature Paddle to the Sea event, this year we’re bringing you more ways to explore the Tuolumne watershed. While you’ll still be able to canoe, raft, and kayak with us, we’re also excited to offer you the opportunity to backpack in the upper watershed and cycle through the great state of California, all in support of the Tuolumne River Trust. Join us by land and by river!

Have you ever visited Coloma, California? It's the site where gold was first discovered in California. The history and natural beauty there are fascinating. Fred and I went on a river trip and hiked the mountains and I wanted to share it with you. I'd love to hear how everyone's doing out there.
Much love,
Cheryl Shuman
