The McLaren Vale - Wine Region of South Australia - E22
This week we head to one of the famous wine regions in South Australia - the McLaren Vale.
After our scenic drive from Adelaide, our first stop is the d'Arenberg Cube. This place is more than just a cellar door - you are greeted by a very weird and wonderful art gallery.
We then venture about 200 metres down the road to Swell Brewery and meet a few subscribers. They give us a few tips of places to visit next so we head on our way to Samuels Gorge Winery.
From here we head to Port Willunga to have an afternoon exploring the beach caves there and take afternoon dip in the ocean.
Again guys thank you for watching, as mentioned don't forget to check out our social accounts - we post a lot of photos on instagram and these are more up to date of where we currently are

Wine Gallery - Sangiovese - Dodgy Bros Sangiovese 2015
Check out the Wine Gallery's chief wine officer, Banjo Harris Plane as he taste tests all our latest wine adventures.
Sangiovese is a relatively versatile grape - it can be bright, floral and charming, or dark serious and brooding. This example veers toward the former path, and is made with warm South Australian summers in mind. It has been picked early to maintain freshness of acidity and has a lovely, lifted aroma of sour cherry and ripe strawberry. It is also bright and tangy in the mouth, with lots of red fruit and buckets of mouth-watering acidity. Juicy and very light on its feet, this is a really refreshing red wine. As they Brothers say themselves most people don't want to drink a high alcohol Shiraz on a 38 degree day, so this is a wine that can hopefully bridge the gap between a refreshing rosé, and a serious red wine.

Wine Gallery - Shiraz - Beklyn Shiraz 2016
Check out the Wine Gallery's chief wine officer, Banjo Harris Plane as he taste tests all our latest wine adventures.
Mark and Rebekah Shaw made their first wine in 2016, and they have nailed it straight it out of the gate.
From grapes grown in the Willunga sub-region of South Australia's McLaren Vale, this is a blend of three vineyards, and the complexity from these multiple sites really shines through.
The fruit really jumps out of the glass - baked plum, red cherry, spiced strawberry, plus a lick of pepper. There's also a distinct butter chocolate note, mixed in with some savoury spices and a touch of coffee.
It's absolutely full-bodied - dense and powerful, but has really lovely acidity that carries the fruit cleanly. Well-balanced and juicy, this is quintessential McLaren Vale Shiraz.
