Buderim Forest Park
Buderim Forest Park is a 45 hectare haven of tranquillity. With its towering trees, meandering tracks and stunning waterfall, this sub-tropical oasis is a paradise for nature lovers. As you set foot in the park you'll hear Mother Nature playing her magic tune. In the distance, the gentle drip of the waterfall, and immediately above you, the birds.
Buderim Falls also known as Serenity Falls, it’s a wonderful place to visit at any time of year, and looks particularly spectacular after rainfall when the waters cascade down the rock face into the waterhole below.
The 600 metre walkway from Lindsay Road will take you on a picturesque forest ramble along the banks of Martins Creek’s cascading waters. It's so peaceful and tranquil out there, you'll feel like you're in a different part of the world, or at least in the hinterland, when you're in the forest.
The Buderim Forest Park land was bought by the local Council to preserve the remnant of ancient forests that covered Australia in warmer and wetter times. It is an area of active revegetation and native birds can be heard, even if they can’t be seen.
Park Leśny Buderim to 45-hektarowa oaza subtropikalnych lasów deszczowych.

Positioned on a flat, 733m2 block on top of Buderim in a blue chip area is this double storey brick and tile home, well presented and perfectly liveable 'as is', but with bucket loads of potential!
Complete with four bedrooms, study, two bathrooms, good sized kitchen, open plan living, north facing timber deck at front, inground pool, double lock up garage plus space for parking a boat or caravan, on a well kept established, easy care block, this is an absolutely cracking opportunity to purchase in a premium location and upgrade without fear of overcapitalising.
Downstairs there is a huge tiled area, currently used as a bedroom but could be transformed into a second living area/rumpus, a home based business with separate access or even dual living, as there is a second bathroom on this level.
Upstairs the three bedrooms are good sizes with built-in robes, and the main bathroom has a separate bath and shower. A timber front deck faces north, capturing cooling breezes, and a very pleasant place to relax with a drink and put your feet up and enjoy your lovely position and the peace and quiet.
Outside the garden is large enough for children to play, and even with the pool and paved sunbathing/entertaining area there is plenty of space for a good old-fashioned 'outdoor' play time. There is also potential here to create an inviting undercover entertaining area overlooking the pool...it's just ready for and waiting for this addition.
Located on the north eastern side of Buderim in one of the most prestigious and highly sought after pockets, this home is close to Buderim Village, the Wirreanda Park and local shopping area, and less than a 10 minute drive to Maroochydore and Mooloolaba.
Solidly built, with a warm and homely ambience, this is a brilliant opportunity to purchase property on a flat block on top of Buderim in a premium area. The phones will be ringing, make sure you're one of the callers!
