Hiking Old Bank to Red Frog Beach - Bastimentos Island - Bocas Del Toro
Today we adventure. We begin our journey on the island of Bastimentos in the province of Bocas del Toro in the country called Panama. Specifically, we begin in a town called Old Bank. We hike barefoot through the jungle to a secluded bank called Wizard Beach (also known as First Beach). Then we continue the journey by hiking along the beach and through the jungle to Red Frog Beach. Thank you for watching!

Dream beach at Isla Bastimentos (+ drone flight)
We went to a dream beach called Polo Beach at Isla Bastimentos near Bocas del Toro (Panama) - it was an adventorous walk, but really worth it!
And I flew my drone in this Caribbean Paradise! ???? Check it out!

So this is pretty old, but I completely forgot I had it (because I filmed it on someone else's camera). So I thought I should upload it :D I went here with the organization I work with, One Library at a Time to build a library for the children on the island. It was an amazing experience and I wish I had taken more video.

Wizard (or Wizards) Beach is perhaps one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been to. I heard the water can be dangerous at times, but not on the day I visited. The water was warm, mostly calm, and very swimmable. The beach itself is a short walk from Bastimentos town and can be reached by foot or by water taxi.

A wonderful family vacation to Bocas del Toro, Panama. We stayed at the Al Natural resort off the Old Point of Isla Bastimentos. We visited the village of Salt Creek and did a guided tour of the jungle. Ziplined at Red Frog Beach. Snorkeled at Coral Cay.

In March 2018 we traveled to Panama, visiting Panama City and Isla Bastimentos in Bocas del Toro. Panama provided amazing jungle and ocean adventures, friendly people, and lots of incredible seafood!

Lizandra from Caribbean View Hotel will take you on a tour to Wizard Beach located on Isla Bastimentos, Panamá. It is a wonderful hike that starts at the old bank in front of the Caribbean View Hotel; continues through the tropical jungle and after 20 minutes of hiking through an inspiring nature, you will find yourself on a magnificent white sand caribbean beach.
This place is a must visit for all in the region.
