Day Trip to Smithville/Bastrop Texas!
Hello all! In this vlog, Ellie and I take you with us on our day trip to Smithville and Bastrop Texas! We went to creatively challenge ourselves, and for the most part, it worked out great! We also got a lot of coffee, met a giant gingerbread man, and went to our first State park! It was a great time, and I hope you enjoy!

Bastrop County Historic Structures
Bastrop County's rich history lives on in its beautiful vintage homes and stately historic structures. Driving along our tree canopied streets where there are more than 100 sites listed in the National Register of Historic Places, you can see why big Hollywood movies like Hope Floats and Bernie were drawn to our doorstep. Visit our old county jail and the Elgin Train Depot and get a taste of the place where Texas history began! An authentic Texas experience.
West Texas Rollerblade edit(Alpine)
Here's a bunch of clips from last Summer! They were either filmed in Alpine, Texas or either at Paisano Baptist Encampment but never uploaded on YouTube since they were put on Facebook. In the video West Texas Randomness(NO MUSIC) the clip of the snake at the very end is also in here since it was filmed at Paisano Baptist Encampment. There would be more blading clips from West Texas but these are the only ones that were on my Facebook account.
All of the clips outside with blading in it were filmed in Alpine less than twenty miles from the camp. All of the clips inside with blading in it were filmed at Paisano which is obviously less than twenty miles outside of Alpine. Also, this is another edit that was all done on a cell phone. Here's the specific details of each spot listed here:
*SPOT ONE(Daytime): Alpine Skatepark
*SPOT TWO(Daytime): Paisano(snake)
*SPOT THREE(Daytime): Big Bend Saddlery(Alpine)
*SPOT FOUR(Nighttime): Paisano
*SPOT FIVE(Daytime): Alpine Skatepark
