Sentinel Peak in Tucson, Arizona
Travel with me to Sentinel Peak in Tucson, Arizona where I explore this iconic landmark's history and influence upon the city. The peak is popularly known as A Mountain because of the giant A on its side for the University of Arizona.
Additional Note: Solomon Warner erected a flourmill on the slope of Sentinel Peak between 1874-75. This mill led some people to refer to Sentinel Peak as Warner's Mill during that time.

Big Boy 4014 Largest Steam Locomotive in the World Runs Again
MORE COMING SOON! Union Pacific 4014 is one of the largest steam locomotives in the world. The railroad's Steam Team has just completed a full restoration as part of a celebration of the 150th anniversary of the completion of the Transcontinental Railroad in 2019. In this short video, we will see the locomotive on its first official test run as it leaves the Cheyenne, Wyoming rail yard where it was restored. My original intention was to have a full video on the test run but due to continuing computer issues with my laptop, this is all I will be able to post until I return from my trip. I will be posting a full video on the Big Boy's first mainline excursion in the coming weeks. Until then, thanks for watching!

Fire Ants vs. Simulated River Jungle
Check out & subscribe to my NEW DAILY VLOGS:
JUNGLE vs. FIRE ANTS! OMG! Fire ants are on a whole different level! They are a force to reckon with in the ecosystems they belong to, are super aggressive and sting, and can even float on water! They are the true kings (or queens rather) of the jungle! Join me as I recreate the fire ant motherland, the Amazon rain forest, in a massive South American biotope paludarium, complete with flowing river and both native Amazonian plants and creatures, in order to provide a new and fitting home for our ravenous and aggressive Fire Nation (red tropical fire ants). Watch how we put this incredible half terrarium-half aquarium habitat together! How will our fire ants deal with the move into this new home? Hope you enjoy this week's episode and debut of the Selva de Fuego!
*Correction: I discovered after creating this video that the Assassin Snail (Clea helena) is actually native to Southeast Asia, not South America, so I will be swapping it out with a Channeled Apple Snail (Pomacea canaliculata), which is native to South America.

More about Lima, Peru:
Lima, the capital of Peru, is a vibrant and lively city. The Centro Historico district is a UNESCO World Heritage site and the birthplace of the city. Here you will find the Plaza Mayor, formerly called Plaza de Armas. This central square is surrounded by many historically significant and culturally important buildings as listed below:

- Cathedral Basilica of Lima or the Cathedral of Lima – the original construction began in 1535. The exterior is of colonial structure and facade, and the interior contains 14 side chapels, the tomb of conquistador Francisco Pizarro and crypts from the 17th century

► WHO AM I?
I am a Brazilian journalist living in the United States. After traveling the world working with sports, news, and events for over 15 years, I realized that what I really love is the travel part of it all. So I exchanged the life in the newsrooms and stadiums for the daily challenge of being an independent content producer.
I created this channel to share the beauties of the world... stuff that for so long I only kept to myself. Also to help people planning similar trips and to inspire more people to venture out and enjoy life!
P.S.: The guy who occasionally appears in the vlogs is my husband, Gordon. He is Canadian-American and is extremely shy, that's why he's behind the camera most of the time ;-)

&
(480) 969-3766
Hi! This is a welcome video Alicia & I did just for you Brides & Grooms getting married out there. Actually this is a special welcome to anyone scanning our QR code in the Wedding Chronicle AD.
Photos provided by, Lasting Images, Amy & Jordan Photography, Hagerty Photos
Karma specializes in affordable Uplighting, Monogram / Gobo Projection, Cake Pinspotting, Video Projection & Screens... and more!
LED UPLIGHTING
Colored uplighting is an immediate way to bring a beautiful and stimulating feel to your event. Uplighting adds depth and a personal touch to your event by painting your room with light. The effect can be quite dramatic and help define a space, add color as well as dimension to an area and compliment your event's color scheme. Color elicits emotions and responses. Create a true Wow effect by turning your reception into a beautiful canvas of light. From soft and romantic to vibrant and lively, a lighting design can be created to capture your personal tastes and preferences. Photographers also love Uplighting since it adds a new depth to your photos instead of just dark areas beyond the flash.
MONOGRAM / GOBO PROJECTION
Monogram / Gobo lighting is a great way to personalize your event and add that extra Wow factor. These monograms can be shown on the dance floor, wall or any open space, even on the side of a building or at the bottom of a pool. Your monogram can include your name, date, initials, a themed graphic and more. A nice touch is to have the monogram coordinate with your invitations, cake, napkins, or other wedding elements. You can submit your own artwork or create your personalized design from our helpful wedding gobo catalog that has over 80 templates & 38 fonts to pick from.
CAKE PINSPOTTING
Don't let that multi-hundred dollar cake go unseen! Add a spotlight specifically for the cake so everyone can see it even when the room lights are dimmed for your reception.
VIDEO SCREEN & PROJECTOR
Our projectors & screens can fit in the smallest of spaces but can still be seen across a large ballroom. Ultra Short Throw projectors only use 3-4' to project a full screen image whereas traditional long throw projectors need 10-15' of space. This means more space for your event and you can have an 81 video projection in even the smallest spaces.
We have 2 options for Video Projection Screens. Traditional front projection screens or Rear projection screens. Traditional front projection screens offer a larger viewing area, brighter image and smaller footprint. Our stretchable lycra rear projection screens provide a sleek & modern touch for your video projection needs for people that don't want the traditional screen look.

Pyramids True Purpose FINALLY DISCOVERED: Advanced Ancient Technology
Mainstream historians will tell you that the Great Pyramid of Giza was a glorified tomb for the Egyptian pharaohs. The only original monument left of the original Seven Wonders of the World, this structure was created with impeccable mathematical precision, and is a unique, mysterious feat of construction and engineering.
There’s only one problem: the Great Pyramid has none of the characteristics of tombs: including extravagant artifacts, ornate wall art, sealed entrances, elaborate coffins, or even mummies themselves. It was, however, built with unique – the same materials that are used for electrical conductivity today. These facts are leading more and more historians to believe the pyramids may have had a far more useful purpose. ..that pyramid of Giza was not at all a tomb, but a power plant: generating and transmitting electricity to the civilization surrounding them. Sound impossible?

Keynote Speaker - Scott Wolter- 2014 Texas GIS Forum
Forensic GeologistScott Wolter was the keynote speaker at the 2014 Texas GIS Forum on Thursday, October 23rd.
Short Bio:
Wolter is the host of History’s H2 network’s hit show, America Unearthed, that follows him on his quest to uncover the truth behind historic artifacts and sites found throughout North America.
Scott is the author of several books including his 2013 title, Akhenaten to the Founding Fathers: The Mysteries of the Hooked X and The Hooked X: Key to the Secret History of North America. Together these books cover the story of his continuing research and resulting discoveries made over the last 12 years, beginning with his ongoing quest to uncover the mysteries of the controversial Kensington Rune Stone he studied in 2001. The Kensington stone is a medieval document carved in rock which Scott proposed is a land claim placed in Minnesota in 1362 by a group of Templar knights.

Do you believe that your father was an ape? Your grand-father was a reptile? Before was explosion?
Evolution and Dinosaurs Debunked by Eric Dubay. For those who don't believe such pseudo-scientific non-sense (and for those who do), the following presentation lays out the undeniable proof that you are NOT some slowly evolved ape-man and that prehistoric giant reptiles are nothing but a Freemasonic lie used to bolster this destructive disempowering atheistic nihilistic paradigm they are propagating to the masses.

2018 Ideas Conference - Full Event
For the past 15 years, the Center for American Progress has served as a creative engine for introducing bold solutions that advance progressive values on nearly every possible front. In the past year alone, we have defended the Affordable Care Act; outlined policies to create workplaces that support women and families; discussed the impact of race across a wide range of issue areas; and helped drive opposition to President Donald Trump’s tax plan.
At CAP, we believe that ideas are the heart of all progressive change, but we also know that ideas aren’t enough. It takes grassroots advocacy and real leadership supporting those ideas to create true progressive change.
As we celebrate our 15th year of big ideas, CAP is bringing together elected officials, policy experts, cultural influencers, and grassroots activists at the 2018 CAP Ideas Conference, where we will explore and unveil new ideas that can make America a place for every single one of us to thrive.
