Small backstory - This guy (Funadon - one of the Hanyu City mascots; in my top 10) was jamming by himself in the distance to where I was. I was filming him for a minute when I had this idea to go join him for fun. The Shimane Prefecture mascot (Shimanekko, my favourite) came by at the end. Crowds gathered.
I'll hopefully get an edited version up of the whole weekend later.

A familiar character to the residents of Fukushima Prefecture, Kibitan has appeared!
Among the winners of the previous competition, the popular Kumamon from Kumamoto Prefecture and Barii-san from Imabari City, Ehime Prefecture,interaction with the visitors and the exciting stage performances became quite intense.
Please be sure to look at Kibitan working very hard for Fukushima.
