Wufeng Lin Family Garden, also known as Ming Tai High School, is the general name for the former residence and grounds of the Wufeng Lin family in the Wufeng District. Different members of the Lin family played pivotal roles in several events of Taiwan history of the last 200 years.
Wufeng District Office and Owl Chapel is almost right next to each other and on your way to Wufeng Lin Family Garden.

霧峰林家萊園，明台高中。
位於台中霧峰區的園林與宅邸建築群的總稱，由頂厝、下厝及萊園等三大部分組成。原是台灣規模最大的傳統民居宅第，總平面呈回字形，前後共有四進，此影片為林家花園和明台高中。
在此地區附近還有霧峰區公所和貓頭鷹教堂，是個非常有趣，值得一去的郊遊景點。

Taichung is known for their sun cakes (太陽餅) and a lot of historic/artistic views. If you ever get the chance to visit to Taiwan, I recommend stopping by Taichung for a short while. I never got the chance to go to the other cities like Tainan and Kaohsiung this trip but will try visit next time!

The Lin Ben Yuan Family Mansion and Garden 林本源園邸
The Lin Ben Yuan Family Mansion and Garden (Chinese: 林本源園邸; pinyin: Lín Běn Yuán Yuándǐ) in Banqiao District, New Taipei City, Taiwan was a residence built by the Lin Ben Yuan Family. It is Taiwan's most complete surviving example of traditional Chinese garden architecture. The Lin Family Mansion and Garden — along with the Tainan Wu Garden, Hsinchu Beiguo Garden (新竹北郭園), and Wufeng Lin Family Mansion and Garden — are collectively known as the Four Great Gardens of Taiwan (台灣四大名園).
