This is our most recent visit to the Wyperfeld National Park riding the great tracks it has to offer especially the 'Ridge Back' and the 'Gary Breaker'. Every trip has a theme or high light and this was the Scotch Fillet Showdown, going to every pub and sampling there best Scotch steak. If was a tough call though Patchewollock was the winner.
Unfortunately the movie doesn't do the Ridge Back or the Gary Breaker any justice as there is about 50k's of tight, over grown and woop after woop of sand riding.
Snowdrift Campground - Wyperfeld NP - Victoria
Access is via a sign posted track which information tells me is for 4WD. It was a very easy drive but there were areas of sand to drive through. There is a massive sand dune which made the drive from Patchewollock worth it. Lots of well maintained fire pits, large open sandy spaces, a well maintained drop loo with toilet paper and lots of water in the 2 water butts on site.
Filmed in April 2019 after a long period of dry weather.
Useful information: I struggled to find any hence the photos at the end of the video which I hope you will be able to read if you pause the video.

THE ROAD TO UNDERBOOL - Patchewollock
We decided we were in need of refreshment and stopped at the pub in a little town called Patchewollock. The locals were amazing people and so friendly the by the time we left we felt like we were old friends. While we were there Tiny decided to take a picture of an old cart in a paddock near the pub
