Another week, another travel... This time I’m in Lisbon, Portugal and I manage to squeeze in a drop-in before my flight however I make it too late to join the 1:30pm class and so I design a crazy emom of 5 movements. At the end of the vlog I do one round for time and challenge you to beat my time. Put your time in the comments section :-)

Hi, my name is Christian and I'm 45 years old. I am a father of 4 kids, a full-time Project Manager and then a CrossFit Master... I try to be one of the fittest masters in the world despite a demanding job, balancing family life and my fitness.
I aim to finish Top 500 worldwide at the next 2019 CrossFit Open in the 45-49 age category. To achieve that, I am working hard at addressing my weaknesses; mainly ring and bar muscles and lifting heavier together with long gassy workouts...
My over-arching goal is to INSPIRE everyone get FITTER as they grow older. I want to Live Life to the Fullest, Loving my Family & Helping People. I want to make it to the CrossFit Games one day... despite all my constraints: a demanding job, loads of business travel, my 4 kids, my too many bills and associated responsibilities...
