Hi I'm Clione! I record and translate for fun! Ayaka!! I love you so much but the Japanese word-play is a nightmare!!!! I either breezed past jokes awkwardly or kind of replaced them with bad puns for ease of readability. I'm more interested a relatively smooth script than direct translating... BUT, for the sake of details, I've also included the actual explanations of Ayaka's jokes in order of being told.
*1. She starts by saying the crowd is saikou for great, then says they should keep it up by getting started, ikou. So basically the joke is that she's keeping up the kou.
*2. She says bad puns are dajare, which just means bad pun/bad jokes/etc, then she says, it's more like dareja which is rearranging the letters of bad pun to turn it into a reaction, like, who's this? (Or, thanks to presumed tone: Who the heck is this?!)
*3. She adds that the last joke was waza for on purpose, so don't react with zawa which is a sound effect for quiet murmuring aka an unresponsive crowd.
*4. Oh, God. So - she follows up with Huh? Has the whole world gone silent ('zawa')...? That would really be 'Za Warudo' which is a Jojo reference. AYAKA WHO WAS YOUR TARGET AUDIENCE??
*5. Her riddle just straight up sucks, I think??
*6. She asks the man in the audience if he's leaving kaeru, or if he's amazed, akikaeru.
*7. Chirashizushi is a dish of sushi ingredients in a bowl, so basically she's joking that you'd make a chirashi bowl out of sushi stuff, then make sushi out of the bowl. (Like being redundant and saying 'what if we made tacos out of this taco salad,' basically.)

- Story -
A long time ago, there was a beautiful land that was made up of three nations: Fuji, Izumo, and Hyuga. This land was called Mizuho. The people of Mizuho were peaceful, didn't seek to cause conflicts, honored their ancestral spirits, and lived in harmony with nature. But, as they developed cultivation technology, the people started relying on metal more and more, began having disputes, destroyed nature, and neglected their ancestral spirits. In the midst of all this, natural disasters, such as floods, earthquakes, and volcanic eruptions, started happening all over Mizuho. In order to prevent the destruction of the world, the Queen of the Fuji Nation, Tsukuyomi, sacrificed her beloved daughter, Sakuya, to the volcanic crater of Mount Fuji, and confined Sakuya's younger sister, Kaguya, within a bamboo seal to be a backup sacrifice. Then, Tsukuyomi disappeared. 13 years later, Princess Kaguya has grown into a beautiful woman and escapes during a riot with the help of her childhood friend, Kintaro. Kaguya resists her fate to be a sacrifice, and sets off on a journey across the land of Mizuho in order to discover the truth behind her mother's actions.
Typical Japanese Independent Game Arcade
First up I apologize for the poor quality of this video. It was filmed with an iPhone 3Gs plus YouTube doesn't help with preserving any quality either.
Anyway, this is an independent game arcade located in Kokura Kita Kyushu. This place despite looking like a right dump always has the latest games from full on simulation types to 2D shooters. And by shooters I mean the real shooters not FPShooters (^o^). This arcade also has a very nice retro section which they periodically rote with new old classics. Best of all some games are only 10 yen to 50 yen a play. Most modern games range from 100 yen to 200 yen a play.

*1. Ayaka says If you're a magical girl... It's truly full of hardship! The truly full of hardship part is maji kurou and the joke is that majikurou sounds like magical in English. Pronouncing it phonetically in Japanese, magical would be majikaru. I switched this out for an enchanté and enchanted joke for ease of reading. Slight dialogue tweaks around this to make it flow.
*2. Seika tries to continue the joke by blurting out ... Th-there's a manhole in a place like this! Because manhole is manhooru which sounds like mahou and a bit like majikurou. I figured her pointing out a plant would be equally awkward, although it loses the magical thematic.
*3. Ayaka replies, Well, let's leave it be! which is Maa, hotte oki mashou which still sounds like mahou (magic), and is basically just each letter of mahou being extended into a word of the sentence. Plus maa, hotte also sounds like mahou. My filler dialogue stopped being puns and just became rhymes, but leave me alone, I'm doing my best.
*4. Seika replies Yes, let's. which is Sou shimashou, but she says Sou shimahou - so, still just getting the word mahou in there. I replaced it with more rhyming.
*5. Seika repeats Ayaka's joke that really just hinges on the fact that hei (hey) can mean wall or fence. I might be?? Missing the joke here, or maybe that's really it?? It's hard to tell, with Ayaka.

Its movie is too mellow limited express train's running situations from Ueno to Kashiwa. Also, this train is cheap train because it will make brief stops at KANDATSU!!!! And this train is the new Fresh Hitachi series 'E657' type series train. So it has concents in all of seats.
