Yalumba The Caley Cabernet & Shiraz
The Caley Cabernet & Shiraz is a classic Australian marriage of two noble varieties and two great wine regions; Coonawarra Cabernet and Barossa Valley Shiraz.
It brings together the linear elegance, firm tannins and persistent structure of Cabernet Sauvignon with the voluptuous, textural richness of Shiraz. The Caley is a wine that is made for longevity, and while its richness will be enjoyed in its youth, its elegance and structure will last for more than a decade and a half.

To celebrate the release of the 2014 vintage of The Signature Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz, Yalumba has partnered with acclaimed chef Jock Zonfrillo of Restaurant Orana and Bistro Blackwood to present a gala dinner on Saturday, 5th of May 2018.
Secure your place at this inaugural event at the historic family-owned winery and enjoy an incredible four-course degustation prepared by Jock, paired with Yalumba’s finest wines.
The exclusive dinner will take place within the winery's atmospheric The Signature Cellar in the heart of the Barossa.
Together, Yalumba and Jock Zonfrillo will create an unforgettable evening, honouring this great Australian red, The Signature Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz.
Transport: Bus transfer is available from Adelaide CBD for an extra cost.

Lillee & Marsh I Over A Glass I Yalumba Family Vignerons
At Yalumba, we love cricket, we always have.
We mow a pitch in to our front lawn every November; on ‘day one’ of the Adelaide Test Match it's pretty hard to find anyone at the winery; and in the 70s touring Ashes teams used to spend their rest day swimming in the Hill-Smith family’s pool here in Angaston.
Two of our oldest cricketing friends here at the winery are Dennis Lillee and Rodney Marsh, Australian cricket royalty and a couple of blokes that appreciate a good red when they smell one.
In the lead up to this years’ Ashes series we thought we’d open a few good bottles and talk cricket, with these two legends, over a glass, of course.
Over a Glass was recorded high in the Members Stand of the world-famous Adelaide Oval and is hosted by Nick Ryan – one of Australia’s top wine writers and a self-confessed cricketing tragic.
