3 Day Yangtze River Cruise In 6 Minutes-Chongqing to Yichang
Come along on a three day Yangtze River cruise from Chongqing to Yichang, China. The Yangtze River, or Chang Jiang, is the longest river in Asia, and the third longest in the world after the Nile in Africa and the Amazon in South America. It flows for 3,988 miles (6,418 kilometers) from the glaciers on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in Qinghai eastward before emptying into the East China Sea at Shanghai.
In recent years, the river has suffered from industrial pollution, agricultural run-off, siltation, and loss of wetland and lakes, which exacerbates seasonal flooding. Some sections of the river are now protected as nature reserves.

Chongqing Day 4 / Wulong County / Three Bridges / Longshui Gorge / DJI OSMO POCKET Vlog
On our fourth day in Chongqing we went on a day trip to Wulong County Geology Park to visit the spectacular Three Natural Bridges and the otherworldly Longshui Gorge. This was our first time taking an organized tour, and part of this video will review this kind of tour, which has both it's ups and downs. Despite some grievances with the tour, we had a great time exploring this natural area for an afternoon. We ended the day - of course - with some traditional Chongqing hotpot, in a restaurant that showed many feature of Chongqing life.

Yangtze River Cruise, from Fengjie to Wanzhou - China Travel Channel
Fengjie was completed rebuilt. We can only still see the remains of the Old Town which is currently being carried away. From the size of this city alone – a metropolis with 1 million inhabitants – we can begin to see the enormous logistical efforts which are behind the dam project. Not all of the population was treated in the same way. Some villages had to relocate to completely different areas, some even to China's southernmost island, Hainan. In China there is one principle, completely unknown in the West. Only the state can own the ground and land. Private ownership is restricted to the houses and structures built on the land. If building activities are planned, private owners must be paid at least the same value but no one can block building plans by claiming ownership of the land. This helps to explain the enormous speed of business in China.
Out in the country in some cases, you can still see traditional cemeteries. In cities today only cremations using urns are permitted.
...........
please read more:

CHINA’s LAND LOCKED CRUISE SHIP HOTEL
In today’s VLOG, February 24th, I head to Shenzhen from Ningbo Lishe International Airport. I’ve been a little depressed lately. I ended up staying in ShiKou, in a hotel, which was a converted land locked cruise liner. Shenzhen is the home of the headquarters of DJI. I meet my friend Jason Hall and grab a couple beers at some local places in Shikou and talk about the land of opportunity .

Chongqing Day 1 / Lianglukou Escalator, Pipa Mountain Park, Hongya Caves / Bomb Shelter Hotpot
Shortly before Chinese New Year, on my birthday, we traveled to the wonderful, foggy city of Chongqing! A friend spontaneously joined us on our trip, so the three of us set out on various adventures. On our first day in the city we took a ride on the longest escalator in Asia at Lianglukou Subway Station, had some local food for lunch, visited the highest peak on the central peninsula in Pipa Mountain Park, then sought shelter from the rain at our amazing hotel, had a birthday dinner (spicy fish hot pot) in an old bomb shelter, and ended the day at the stunning, yet touristy Hongya Caves, before enjoying some surprise birthday cake.
