郭怡孮，1940年年生，山東省濰坊市人。
郭味蕖先生第三子，自幼受父母熏陶，耳濡目染，繼承家學，擅長花鳥畫。1959年年入北京藝術學院，初習西畫，後專攻中國花鳥畫。畢業創作“春秀”入選文化部主辦的“新芽”美術作品展覽。嗣後有作品多次參加國內外重大美術作品展覽，並舉辦個人畫展。曾獲“文化部優秀美術作品獎”，北京市優秀美術作品獎。多次應邀出國訪問，進行藝術交流。有的作品被中國美術館和美國，加拿大的美術館和博物館收藏。
1962年年畢業於北京藝術學院美術系。
1978年年起任教於中央美術學院中國畫系。創作力求在繼承傳統的基礎上出新，注重表現生活中的自然美。作品淳樸含蓄，富有生機。富收藏，善鑑賞，並致力於繪畫理論研究現任。中央美術學院教授，博士生導師，中國美術家協會理事，中國畫藝術委員會主任，全國政協第八，九屆委員，中國和平統一促進會常務理事等多項社會職務。是當代中國畫創作活動的重要組織者之一，美術教育家和花鳥畫創作的代表性畫家。
其作品融深厚的傳統功力學養和現代審美情趣為一體，在內容與形式兩方面都有新探索，形成了自己的風格。在花鳥畫理論上畫家見解獨特，相繼提出“大花鳥精神”，“你的野草是我的花園“，”重彩寫意“，”技法重組“等主張。
在國內，台灣及美國，法國，日本，加拿大，肯尼亞等地多次舉辦個人畫展。曾應邀在加拿大，日本等國及香港地區講學，進行學術交流，曾獲“文化部優秀美術作品獎”， “中日水墨畫特別優秀獎”等。
出版有“中國近現代名家畫集 - 郭怡孮”。等多部畫集編著有“中國畫教材”，“郭味蕖花鳥畫技法”，郭怡（子宗）白描花卉寫生“，”中國畫花卉技法“，”花卉寫生教程“，”花鳥畫創作教學“等，並有多部教學錄像帶，光盤發行。
Guo Yizhen, born in 1940, is a native of Weifang City, Shandong Province.
The third son of Mr. Guo Weijun, who was influenced by his parents at an early age, has been fascinated by his own eyes and inherits his studies. He is good at flower and bird painting. In 1959, he entered the Beijing Art Institute, first studied Western painting, and later specialized in Chinese flower and bird painting. The graduation creation "Spring Show" was selected for the "Sprout" art exhibition hosted by the Ministry of Culture. Later, there were works that participated in major art exhibitions at home and abroad, and held individual art exhibitions. He has won the "Outstanding Art Works Award of the Ministry of Culture" and the Beijing Excellent Art Works Award. He has been invited to visit the country many times for artistic exchanges. Some works are collected by the National Art Museum of China and the art galleries and museums of the United States and Canada.
In 1962, he graduated from the Fine Arts Department of the Beijing Art Institute.
Since 1978, he has taught at the Chinese Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. The creation strives to be new on the basis of inheriting the tradition and pay attention to the natural beauty in life. The work is simple and subtle, full of vitality. Rich collection, good appreciation, and committed to the study of painting theory. Professor of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, doctoral tutor, director of the Chinese Artists Association, director of the Chinese Painting Art Committee, member of the Eighth and Ninth Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, executive director of the China Peaceful Reunification Promotion Association, and many other social positions. It is one of the important organizers of contemporary Chinese painting creation activities, art educators and representative painters of flower and bird paintings.

Sayizheng is a series of art events occurring in Beijing's public space.
Sa·yi·zheng (撒癔症), derived from a disorder similar to sleepwalking, is a local slang to mock the restless who wander the streets aimlessly in the night.
Sayizheng III took place on 2016 Dragon Boat Festival, in Tuanjiehu Park situated on east 3rd ring road. The government mobilized the masses to dig a lake and named it “Tuanjiehu” (Solidarity Lake), this ’80s imitation of Jiangnan gardens can now be seen at a bird’s-eye view from the concrete forest of Central Business District (CBD). 23 artists made an entrance simultaneously at high noon, meandering through pavilions and corridors, groves and hills, taking action among people exercising, singing, boating, resting in the shade, etc.

Lukisan ini menggambarkan situasi praktisi Falun Dafa yang sebenarnya di Tiongkok, dan tingkat kekejaman penganiayaan oleh rezim Komunis. 3000 praktisi dikatakan telah meninggal karena disiksa.

Laos to boost trade, investment through Huanan tourism festival Times Reporters
A Lao delegation joined the Hunan International Cultural Tourism Festival 2019 last weekend to promote cooperation between the two nations in tourism, trade and investment. Deputy Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism, Mr Savankhone Razmountry led the delegation and was joined by ministry officials and Lao tour companies at the event in Hunan, China. Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr Savankhone said the festival would increase friendly relations and cooperation between Laos and China, particularly in tourism, trade and investment. Hunan province, China and Laos have been increasing their cooperation on culture and tourism since July 2018 with the first project to invite 10,000 Hunan visitors Laos was undertaken successfully. “The number shows that Hunan travellers are interested in Lao tourism sites and we would like to thank the party, leader committees and authorities of Hunan province in promoting the project,” he explained. Both nations arranged an official launch in Vientiane early this year for Visit Laos-China Year 2019, and have various bilateral activities planned until the end of this year, Mr Savankhone reported. “Hunan province still has one more event which will be arranged next month, so we hope the authorities and people will continue to give it good support to make it a success,” the Deputy Minister said. More than 2 million tourists visited Laos in the first six months of Visit Laos-China Year 2019, a 5 percent increase compared with the same period in 2018. Chinese visitors made up about 500,000 of the total. Mr Savankhone also said that his delegation would travel with other foreign visitors to sample the local views, culture and taste the excellence Hunan cuisine as well as learn lessons to benefit the Lao sector. Deputy Minister Savankhone also urged Hunan media to promote Visit Laos-China Year and invite more Chinese investors to do businesses in Laos. 2019 Hunan International Cultural Tourism Festival is being held from September 21-28 at Mangshan Mountain, Yizhang County, Chenzhou City. The Lao delegation’s itinerary included travelling to a waterfall, snake museum, tasting Yizhang tea, and visiting the Mao Zedong Museum and other highlights.

Hong Kong Tailors Save Chinese Dress Qipao from the Fad of Modern Clothes 拯救旗袍艺术
Although the Qipao, a Chinese traditional dress also known as the Cheong-sam, has lost its popularity in the past several decades, Hong Kong tailors have been trying to save this dying art from an inevitable modern trend, by making handmade Qipaos or teaching women to make them.
过去几十年间，中国传统服饰旗袍渐渐淡出人们的视野。而今，香港的旗袍裁缝们，正试图拯救旗袍这门艺术。他们抵抗着难以逆转的现代服饰潮流，抑或坚持手工制作旗袍，抑或将旗袍的剪裁技艺传授于人。
The prototype of the Qipao, which is called the Cheong-sam, is loose and wide to cover women’s bodily curves. When French people set up concessions in Shanghai in the 1920s, Chinese tailors learned western draping methods and adopted it into the production of Qipao. This new tailoring method and the upgraded high cut helped the Qipao to reveal the beauty of women’s bodies. As a result, many consider the Qipao a symbol of the liberation of Chinese women.
旗袍起源于旗人的长衫，原型宽松，易于掩藏女人的身型曲线。上世纪二十年代起，法国人开始在上海划定租界，中国的裁缝们逐渐学会了西方立体剪裁的方法，并将之应用于旗袍的制作。革新后的旗袍，袍服两侧的开衩变高，将女人躯体之美展现得淋漓尽致。很多人认为，相比从前保守的袍服，旗袍就是那时中国女性解放的标志。
