Công viên Yoro có các cơ sở nghệ thuật và thể thao xung quanh Thác Yoro. Dọc theo con đường đi bộ đến Yoro Fall, du khách có thể thưởng thức hoa anh đào vào mùa xuân và cây phong vào mùa thu có màu vàng, cam và đỏ. Nó làm cho mọi người cảm thấy như họ đang đi qua một đường hầm sơn màu. Đường dẫn đến Thác Yoro rất dốc nên chúng tôi khuyên bạn nên đi thang máy.

A place to enjoy nature, arts and sports
Yoro Park has artistic and sports facilities surrounding Yoro Falls. Along the walking path to Yoro Fall, visitors can enjoy cherry blossoms in the springtime and maple trees in autumn that are tinted yellow, orange, and red. It makes people feel like they are walking through a color-painted tunnel. The path to Yoro Falls is so steep that we recommend taking the lift.
There is also Yoro Tenmei Hantenchi (the Site of Reversible Destiny), which is a conceptual art garden of the park. Shusaku Arakawa and Madeline Gins made it, and its mysterious structure confuses visitor’s sense of balance and perspective. The Site is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and the last entrance is at 4:30 pm. Entrance fees are 750 yen for adults, 500 yen for high school students, and 300 yen for elementary and middle school students.
For children there is an area called 'Kid’s World of Gifu Prefecture.' It is designed to be in harmony with the natural landscape and surroundings. It has facilities such as a pool, athletics field, and halls for indoor plays. The area is open from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
There are also many other facilities such as a golf course, tennis court, a food court named 'Rakuichi-rakuza Yoro' where visitors can enjoy snacks, seasonal cuisine, local food and beer, and finally there is also a camping area.

A little summer bicycle trip and visit to the Yoro Waterfall in Gifu Prefecture.
During the bike ride sequence the camera was cutting out frequently due to the bumpiness of the ride. So unfortunately, I had to cut it off before reaching the final destination.
** Yoro Falls is rated among the top 100 most beautiful waterfalls in Japan, and it's water share that distinction, determined by the Environmental Preservation Agency to be in the top 100 list of the best water to be found in Japan.
During the Nara Period, the Emperor Gensyo declared that this water, springing from the depths of Mount Yoro, would cure any disease. There are historical documents attributed to Emperor Gensyo that quote him as saying that the water from the Yoro Falls, when used to wash one's hands and face, would make one's skin smooth and clear, and any disease would disappear. He further insisted that lost hair would return, and that failing eyesight would be restored. He asserted that it was a veritable fountain of youth.

今日のグルメリポート。
名古屋駅の休日です。
ランチにちょっと困りますよね。
どこも混んでて。
このお店はオフィスビルにあるので穴場です。
休日でもランチメニューがあります。
焼肉屋さんなんですけど。
なぜかあたしは、チキン照り焼きにしました。
箸でかんたんに切れるくらいやわらか～い。
カルビ重は、タレの味がご飯に染みておいしい。
ご飯の表面にびっしりと乗せられていて満足。
ハンバーグは食べてないからわかんない。
おいしかったって。
温泉卵ご飯がうらやましい。
デザートは、りんごのシャーベットとプリンの凍ったようなもの。
さっぱりおいしい。
The holiday of Nagoya Station has very many people.
Restaurant for lunch is packed everywhere.
This restaurant is located at the office building.
So few people on holidays.
It is the optimal restaurant for lunch.
It is a roast meat restaurant.
However, I ate a teriyaki chicken.
It is very tender.
The square is a ribs box.
It is special rank beef.
Grilled rib is on rice.
Taste of the sauce is very good.
Apple sorbet for dessert.
That triangular was the taste which froze the pudding.
ビデオカメラは SONY HDR-PJ790V を使って撮影しました。
60pでの撮影です。
HDR-PJ790V には内蔵のビデオライトがあります。
今まで使っていた HDR-RS11 は、ステレオマイクロホン ECM-HST1を常時つけていました。
なので、ビデオIRライト HVL-HIRL も持っていますが、若干暗い時でもわざわざ付け替えて撮影するのはまれでした。
この店内、少し暗いので内臓のビデオライトを作動させて撮影したりしてみました。
内蔵ビデオライトの効果をご覧ください。
奥行きのない被写体だと、うまく光がまわってきれいに撮れます。
でも、奥行きがあると、手前の明るいところに露出が合って、奥がライト無しの時より暗くなっちゃう。
たとえば、食べ物をカメラに差し出したりすると、手が明るく露出が合うが顔は暗くて見えない。
せっかくの内蔵ライトなので、撮影を工夫して活用したいですねぇ。

We visited the Akame 48 Falls in Mie Prefecture during the first day of our Obon break this year. The mountains, rivers, forest and waterfalls were all so beautiful. Japan's natural wonders never cease to amaze me. It was a terrific way to kick off our holiday.
