This is downtown Nacogdoches, Texas, circling the town square...the oldest town in Texas. Most of these buildings probably date back to the early 1900's. I still remember these brick streets as a child back in the early 1950's. Many of the stores have changes hands, but basically, the buildings are the same now as it was back when I was a kid. There was a kid a few years older than me that lived next door to my Grandparents house on 210 Elm Street on my Mothers side and I want to say that I remember their name as Craig, but I could be wrong...it has been a while. I do remember that they had a drug store in town...Craig's drug store, I think. The movie theater on the left at 1:52 was called The Main and I spent many hours in there watching movies. The other movie theater was The SFA located on North Street. I think both have been closed for years. After I pass The Main theater, I make a U-turn and go back thru town heading West until I get to the main highway intersection. There I make a left turn onto highway 259 and head South towards Lufkin. Nacogdoches is a double cool town and well worth a visit especially if you like history.

2019 Texas Blueberry Festival in Nacogdoches, Texas should be boycotted
Please BOYCOTT the Texas Blueberry Festival!!!
Please help the Culler family get an investigation into the corruption in Nacogdoches, Texas by boycotting Nacogdoches and the Texas Blueberry Festival!
Help bring a sexual predator to justice!
On Saturday, June 13, 2009, the Nacogdoches City Prosecutor James Jim R. LoStracco Jr. sexually assaulted Sophia, her three sisters, and their mother at the Texas Blueberry Festival.
Even though the family went to the Nacogdoches City Police Department and filed charges, the police ABSOLUTELY REFUSED to investigate their city prosecutor.
Facts to consider
1) James Jim R. LoStracco was the city prosecutor at the time he sexually assaulted Sophia, her three sisters, and their mother.
2) Nacogdoches City Prosecutor Jim LoStracco was/is married to the Nacogdoches County District Attorney Nicole LoStracco.
3) Nacogdoches City Prosecutor Jim LoStracco was law partners with Nacogdoches City Attorney Rob Atherton and Nacogdoches Assistant City Attorney Tom Belanger at the time he committed his crimes against the Culler family.
4) The Nacogdoches City Police Department NEVER investigated Jim LoStracco, their city prosecutor.
This clear conflict of interet points to the probability that the Nacogdoches City Police refused to investigate this very serious crime for the simple reason that the named pillars of the Nacogdoches community could be harmed.
This alone should push an investigation into the Nacogdoches City Police Department to explain, in their own words, why they didn't investigate their city prosecutor, who was married to the county district attorney, and law partners with the city attorney and assistant city attorney, when he sexually assaulted a mother and her four young daughters.
Please contact Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and Texas Governor Greg Abbott and demand an investigation into these very serious charges! (There's also a possibility that Texas Governor Greg Abbott helped COVER UP these crimes while he was the Texas Attorney General!)
Texas children should be protected from sexual predators and government cover ups!
