A few friends got together for a day of fun and to learn how to repel and zipline down into the Elora Gorge. Particularly impressive was how one of the participants who was actually afraid of heights, was so pumped by the whole experience that he couldn't get enough of it in the end...lol

Zipline Extreme Adventure

Zipline Extreme: This instructional zipline program takes you from novice to pro in just one day. Our program begins with a morning of rappel instruction side by side with an instructor. Then run and jump from the edge of the cliff and zip 200 feet across the Gorge and rappel down from mid-air on the zipline to the river 80 ft below. Finally, finish your day off by running and diving off the edge of the cliff and fly face-first across the zipline.

Gymineer - Zipline and Rappel
We visit with One Axe Pursuits in the Elora Gorge to work on some rope skills. The day begins with some basic rappelling, and by the afternoon we're zipping off a cliff, hanging 80ft over the gorge and letting ourselves down. Awesome!
