INTERESTING & STRANGE Scenic US Hydraulic West Elevator @ Navy Pier, Chicago, IL
This is one of the scenic elevators located on the west side of Navy Pier. What's interesting & unusual about this elevator is how it has automatic-looking sliding doors on the outside of the elevator on the 2nd floor. These doors seem to have a tendency to close right before the actual center-open doors do, and sometimes don't close in which someone from outside has to force the doors shut for the elevator to go. I don't, however like the vertical lines on the glass since it blocks the view by a lot, but anyways, this is not a bad elevator.
Also, if you notice at the end of the video, an employee seemed to look suspicious when I opened the phone box to see what the phone looked like. I even forget to close the phone box completely shut afterwards. LOL!!!

Flimed dec 2018 This is a nice elevator i thought the hall stations were intresting beacuse they were directly in the doorway.i also liked the panels around the doors were glass so you could see the parts working and of course this elevator runs very well.
