プーケットの南側にも高価格帯のホテルは存在するわけですが、主要エリアからは離れているので、やや不便さを心配される方も多いのではないでしょうか。ホテル側もお客さんを引っ張ってくるのに必死なので、彼らなりに交通問題の対策は練っているようです。シャトルバスを所有し、送迎を積極的に行うホテルもありますし、街中のホテルですと「レンタカーやバイクは自分で借りてね」っていう姿勢が多い中で、南部のエリアのホテルはコネクションを利用して、ゲストのかわりにレンタカーやバイクを手配してくれます。チェックイン時にパスポートを提示していますから、わずらわしい登録やパスポートを預けたりする作業はショートカット、スムーズに借りることができました。
