Agat is a village in the United States territory of Guam. It is located south of Apra Harbor on the island's western shore. The village's population has decreased since the island's 2000 census.The village is 10 miles southwest of Hagåtña, with most of the residents ethnic Chamorros, the indigenous people of Guam. Some of Agat's most notable sites are Mount Alifan, the Agat Marina, the Spanish Bridge, and War In The Pacific National Historical Park.

    Mount Lamlam is a peak on the United States island of Guam. It is located near the village of Agat , in the south-west of the island. Rising to 406 meters above sea level, the distance from the peak to the bottom of the nearby Mariana Trench is said to be the greatest change in elevation on Earth over such a short distance. However, because said distance is arbitrary and because different geological processes contributed to both the formation of the Marianas Trench as well as Mount Lamlam, this claim is contested.

    The Taleyfac Spanish Bridge, known locally as Taleyfac Tolai Acho, is a historic stone arch bridge off Guam Highway 2 in Agat, Guam. It crosses the Taleyfac River with two stone arches; it is 36-foot long and 15-foot wide. It originally had wood timber flooring, which has long ago been replaced. One of the arches has been damaged by the removal or loss by erosion of some of its stones.The bridge was built between 1866 and the United States' acquisition of Guam in 1898, when Guam was under Spanish colonial administration. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.

    The Gongna Beach defenses are a collection of World War II structures built on or near Gongna Beach in Tamuning on the island of Guam, now a United States territory. These defenses were erected by the Imperial Japanese Army during its occupation of the island 1941-44. The three surviving elements were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991. They are located well north of the main Allied landing areas of the 1944 Battle of Guam.
