The 5 Most African-American Friendly Countries
One of the most emailed questions I get to my inbox, is about countries that are African-American friendly. So what exactly does that mean? Watch the video and see!
And while it's important to realize every African-American will have their own unique experience, I just wanted to highlight the most pleasant experiences I've received through my 30 countries of travels (now 65 by the start of 2018).
Remember, it's okay to disagree and our experiences will vary based on so many things. Being an African-American WOMAN vs. an African-American MAN also renders its own unique account.

Monaco Vacation Travel Guide | Expedia
Fabulously wealthy and gilded by history, the Principality of Monaco lies on the French Riviera in Western Europe. Smaller than New York’s Central Park, this graceful destination is bordered by France and the sparkling Mediterranean sea.
With ancient streets full of exotic cars, a natural harbour filled with super yachts and a glittering royal legacy, Monaco is a tiny relic of medieval Europe that has made itself at home in the 21st century. It draws the rich, the famous and those seeking the kind of lifestyle usually only found on the silver screen.

Driving the Orange Valley at 1600kmph - Trelawny, Jamaica
Of course we aren't actually driving 1600kmph, but that would be the visual equivalent based on how much we sped it up. The Orange Valley rests just slightly south of Falmouth on the island nation's northern shore, and takes one through a series of surprising twists and turns through jungle, farmland, mountains and valleys. Marked by wildlife, friendly locals and grumpy goats; be prepared for damaged and at times unpaved roads, so don't go driving without a capable vehicle and spare tire.
Much history rests down this road including old plantations, locations from the 1973 film Papillon and the homes of people such as Jimmy Cliff and mother of Usain Bolt. Look for this video in 3D when Youtube brings back the 3D feature!
Bend Down Market Falmouth in Trelawny Nov 2017
This is what you see when u go to Bend Down Market Falmouth in Trelawny
History: Falmouth in Trelawny Jamaica
For the architecture or heritage buff, the coastal town of Falmouth in Trelawny is a virtual gold mine. In the late 1700s, when sugar was king and the profits from the sweet gold made the fortunes of men, families and nations, Falmouth was considered to be the most cosmopolitan city in the western world, the “Paris of the Indies.” The town had five newspapers, an active literary and fine arts society and – arguably its most distinctive attribute – fresh running water. It was also home to a vast number of merchant shops and traders selling slaves, sugar, rum, fine furniture and logwood, as well as the Albert George Market, the largest and most popular coastal market at the time.
In the late 1800s, following the demise of sugar as a globally lucrative agricultural product, Falmouth began a steady decline in importance, and soon the harbor, which once welcomed close to thirty ships in one day, saw fewer than that in a month. Now the sugar money is long gone, but many of the splendid original buildings remain, some in ruins, others masterfully restored to their former glory. In recognition of its rich historical legacy, Falmouth has been declared a World Heritage Site by the United Nations, and is a Jamaican National Monument.

I AM Speaking Life to my Cells & DNA Life is just to funny! I have turned 10 years into a life time of fun. See what you can do when you can collapse time. I am becoming younger healthier stronger because I say I am. I speak life to my atoms my cells and to my DNA. I speak that I am becoming that of a 21-year-old Elite Olympic athlete. Specialize in decathlon triathlon. And I'll be darned if my body is cooperating.
By the way you haven't seen nothing yet the next 20 years is going to be a tremendous! I am second intention to run a Ironman Triathlon in the next year and, I intend to be able to run one when I'm 90 years old.
The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.
