Cycle to spectacular places in the Isle of Man
Whether you’re an off-road biking enthusiast or simply looking for a leisurely trail the whole family can follow, there are a variety of cycling opportunities in the Isle of Man.
Swoop down open roads, plunge through thick forests, carve a few corners … No, we’re not talking about the Isle of Man’s TT Races; these are adventures anyone can have when they explore the island from the seat of a bike.
No matter what your ability or fitness level, there are cycling and mountain-biking routes that will take you to parts of the island few other people reach, or to areas where your efforts will be rewarded with views to make your eyes pop and your toes tingle.

The Raven is a traditional family owned and run Free House which means that, unlike the majority of pubs in the UK, we are not tied to a brewery or any other business. A family and friendly atmosphere, without loud music, slot machines or TVs. A wide range of draft beer, three of them produced exclusively for The Raven by a local brewery. A nice selection of dishes freshly made at the moment. In particular a big hot pie on a bed of mash or chips or a wedge of cold-cut pie with chips or salad, all made with the local meat, vegetables, and other ingredients. The classics of course, like; Pork, Steak, Lamb and Chicken of Aragon.
The pub is composed of two Georgian town houses located on a quiet cobbled street in the centre of Bath a few steps from the famous Milsom Street.
Travel & Weekend is a program of Stile Italia Tv and Leisury TV, realized by Danilo della Mura, produced by Stile Italia TV and Leisuery Channel.

Isle of Man Tour 2015-Pt 17
Welcome to Part 17 of our tour. This part sees us leave Glen Helen after an energetic walk into the glen. We carry along the A3 (TT course) passing through places such as Kirk Michael, Ballaugh and Sulby. At Ballaugh we meet a driver of a truck who clearly needs to attend bike/biker awareness courses! We arrive in Ramsey for a look around. Please see part 18 for this. Thank you for watching! FJR Biker Paul & Lynn!

Isle of Man by Drone - Sulby Reservoir and Glen
Drone Footage of Sulby Reservoir - Isle of Man.
The Sulby Reservoir is the largest reservoir or lake in the Isle of Man.
Dam
The reservoir's dam was completed in 1982. It has a rock-fill embankment 73 metres (240 ft) high.
It is located in Sulby Glen near the source of the Sulby River, the longest river on the island. Sulby Reservoir is also about 1 mile (1.6 km) west of the summit of Snaefell, the island's highest peak. It is operated by the Isle of Man Water Authority.
The reservoir supplies St Johns, Peel, Kirk Michael, Ballaugh, Andreas, Bride, Ramsey and Laxey. Water can also be pumped to the West Baldwin Reservoir which supplies Douglas and the south of the island.
The reservoir also powers a hydro-electric power station one mile (1.6 kilometres) downstream.
Location Sulby Glen
Type Reservoir
Primary inflows Sulby River
Primary outflows Sulby River
Catchment area 16.2 square kilometres (4,000 acres)
Basin countries Isle of Man
Surface area 62 hectares (150 acres)
Average depth 25 metres
Water volume 4,832,000 m3 (3,917 acre·ft)
The aim is to show there is far more to this island than the TT Races, I love to explore using my Drone and my Motorcycles. My Drone footage even shows me places to re-visit when I view them on the computer screen. Buildings, Valleys, Rivers, Streams, Caves, rock faces that I simply would not know existed until I review this footage. My aim is for you the viewer to also watch these videos and see places that spark that lightbulb moment, they even may make you want to buy a drone and fly the same locations and get closer to those places that I have not yet returned to.

Corton, Suffolk, Erosion of cliff and beach.
theo harpik,
A return visit to Corton in Suffolk for a cliff top walk witnessing the latest erosion of the cliff and the beach. Sad to see that at full tide the waves now break against the cliff base. A section of fencing on the cliff top at Broadlands Sand has been set back another 10ft in anticipation of another fall.
