The 2008 collapse showed us how bad it can be. I would never wish that on anyone but if it does god forbid ever happen to you, these are the cities you might want to make your way to and get some help.
If you are living in your car get some cheap car insurance and if you are in a desert town, make sure you have some sunscreen/sunblock.
