The Trümmelbach Falls in Switzerland are a series of ten glacier-fed waterfalls inside the mountain made accessible by a tunnel-funicular, built 1913, stairs, and illumination. Located in the Lauterbrunnen Valley, the creek called Trümmelbach alone drains the glacier defiles of Eiger , Mönch , and Jungfrau and carries more than 20,000 tons of boulder detritus per year.Its drainage area is 24 square kilometres , half of it covered by snow and glaciers. The Castles of Bellinzona are a group of fortifications located around the town of Bellinzona, the capital of the Swiss canton of Ticino. Situated on the Alpine foothills, the group is composed of fortified walls and three castles named Castelgrande, Montebello and Sasso Corbaro. Castelgrande is located on a rocky peak overlooking the valley, with a series of walls that protect the old city and connect to Montebello. Sasso Corbaro, the highest of the three castles, is located on an isolated rocky promontory south-east of the other two. The Staubbach Fall is a waterfall in Switzerland, located just west above Lauterbrunnen in the Bernese Highlands. The waterfall drops 297 metres from a hanging valley that ends in overhanging cliffs above the Weisse Lütschine.The stream, on reaching the verge of the rocky walls of the valley, forms a cascade so high that it is almost lost in spray before it reaches the level of the valley. After rain, and early in the season when fed by the melting snows, the Staubbach Fall is a very striking object. The force of the stream above the fall at such times is sufficient to carry the water clear of the precipice, and the whole mass descends in a condition of liquid dust, between spray and cloud, that sways to-and-fro with the gentlest breeze. St.Gotthard Tunnel Switzerland - One of the longest Road Tunnel in the World

Its Time to explore new place and This time I'm going to Italy.

In this video i will show you Gotthard Road Tunnel it is one of the longest road Tunnel in the World.

At time of construction, in 1980 Gotthard Road Tunnel was the longest road tunnel in the world, currently it is the ninth-longest Road Tunnel in the World.

The Gotthard Road Tunnel in Switzerland runs from Göschenen to Airolo and is 16.9 Kilometres (10.5 mi) in length below the St Gotthard Pass, a major pass of the Alps.

Length: 16.9 kilometres (10.5 mi)

No. of lanes: 2

Operating speed: 80 km/h (50 mph)

Highest elevation: 1,175 m (3,855 ft)
(inside the tunnel)

Lowest elevation: 1,080 m (3,540 ft)
(north portal)

St. Gotthard tunnel closed for traffic everyday from 09:00pm - 05:00am.

Highway a2/e35 Switzerland's main north-south axis from Basel to Chiasso.

Highway a2/e35 - It lies on the Gotthard axis and crosses the Alps.

The A2 motorway leaves Basel heading south toward Olten, Sursee, Luzern, Stans, Altdorf, Erstfeld, Göschenen, Airolo, Biasca, Bellinzona, Lugano and reaches Chiasso.

It intersects with the A1, A8, A13 and A14 highways.

The St. Gotthard Tunnel lies at the heart of the motorway
and makes up its culminating point.

Highway a2/e35 - is one of the busiest highway in Switzerland.

St. Gotthard road tunnel - Another point of note that even in Winter, the inside temperature of the tunnel can reach 28°C (82°F) while traveling through it.

The inside temperature of the tunnel going to 36°C!!!
