In the final part of her four part Western Australia travelogue series, Julia discovers that the region is surrounded by biodiversity hotspots, pristine beaches, breath-taking coastal walks, forests and caves. Join Julia as she pulls on her walking boots and experiences the best of Western Australia.
Julia finishes her exploration of Western Australia by walking the stunning Cape to Cape trail, setting off from Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse - the northerly starting point of the track. Along the way Julia is welcomed by Josh Whiteland, an indigenous guide who shares with Julia his rich knowledge of native foods, bush medicine and aboriginal culture. After some tree hugging in the Boranup Forest, Julia finishes the Cape to Cape trail with a sunset at Cape Leeuwin, where two of the world’s seven seas are said to meet.
