Tasmania Australia - What a beautiful state
Heres a slide show of photos I took while in Tassie in September 07.
I love my photography but I dont get to do too much of it. I took all these while on our honeymoon. I guess the stress of the wedding was gone so I was stress free which allowed me to take some of my best photos.
Some photos were just taken because of where we were but while we were in Strahan - which is on the west coast - we had a full day to just walk around. I took this chance to get snappy happy. I took near 200 hundred photos on that day which only about 10 or so made the cut.

3 weeks in Australia, visiting friends and places I missed during my last visit.
Started in Melbourne, and went to the jail where Ned Kelly was incarcerated and hung, then the courthouse where I got to play the judge. My friend and his family then took me on a trip down the Great Ocean Road.
From Melbourne, I visited another friend who lives on the Gold Coast. Another road trip to Springbrook National Park and we camped just a few miles away from the 'I'm a Celebrity' set,
From there I flew to Alice Springs. Alice was experiencing a once in 20 year event... torrential rain! The desert was becoming flooded. The Todd river, normally a dry river bed became a fast moving torrent. I booked a tour to then visit Uluru.
After Uluru my last stop on my whirlwind tour would be Cairns, to take in the Great Barrier Reef and the rainforest nearby.

Mount Field National Park & Westerway - Weekend Trip
A weekend trip away to Mount Field National Park.
From Launceston, we drove up through the Great Lakes region, on to Bothwell and finally to Westerway.
10 minutes down the road from our accommodation was Mount Field National Park. Where we took a look at Russell Falls, and on day 2, Lake Dobson and the Pandani Grove walk.
This was done in mid-May, so just as the Fagus trees were turning their winter colour.
