On our last day in Guayabo, Costa Rica, I show you around the town before we take off on a road trip to one of the best beaches in Costa Rica, Playa Conchal. Along the way, we stopped at a crazy local water park called The Balneario River Slide. Then we hit the gorgeous Llanos de Cortez Waterfall before finally arriving at Hotel Brasilito in Brasilito Beach on the Pacific Coast.

BEACH Playa Brasilito,playa Flamingo, Playa Samara Nicoya Peninsula Costa Rica

practical guide travel in Costa Rica. In this video are 3 beaches we visited on the Nicoya Peninsula ,Pacific side in the North. Depending on the type of traveler you are there are the touristic beaches like Tamarindo, Flamingo ,Coco etc. We tried to stay away from the real Gringo Trail type of places and chose less known and popular beaches. That said the beach we stayed at the longest was at the end of our trip at Play Jaco that we really enjoyed. Other beaches are a bit blown out but not as busy. Samara had a nice beach but it also had Sand Fleas that did a nice job of munching on your legs. Be careful of Rip Tides. We got caught in one and it was extremly powerful and dangerous. Some beaches are not marked for rip tides almost none have Lifeguards though some do. You can get hassled with people selling you stuff or making you pay for parking. Sometimes it's better to pay for parking so no one breaks into your car. Which is a common occurrence. Never leave stuff visible in your unattended car. Take it with you or leave it in the hotel. IN low season you can negotiate if you stay multiple days. Some beaches you are the only ones there .

Brasilito is located in the province of Guanacaste, Costar Rica. May residents of Brasilito are of Nicaraguan descent and still have strong ties with Nicaragua. VLOG#011: IS TAMARINDO BEACH EXPENSIVE? -- That's everybody's query before deciding whether to visit Tamarindo Beach, Guanacaste or somewhere else. Tamarindo Beach Costa Rica had been tagged as Miami of Costa Rica. Not for the high rise buildings next to the beach which we don't have anyway, but the high prices of everything on this beautiful beach.

We walked along the Calle Principal and visited Monkey Bar which is next to Best Western Hotel and later spent the sunset along the pristine beach of Tamarindo.

Best FREE Things to do Near Arenal Volcano - First Day in Costa Rica

We were a little tired on our first day in Costa Rica, but that didn't stop us from hitting two of the best free spots near Arenal, the La Fortuna Rope Swing and the hot springs of Rio Chollin near Tabocan. I also give a quick look at the amazing Essence Arenal Eco Lodge where we stayed. It has beautiful views of bothe Arenal Volcano and Lake Arenal.

Dominicalito Beach and Poza Azul - Costa Rica Adventure Travel

We spent the day in Dominicalito. First we stopped by the lovely Dominicalito Beach, which is a great surf spot for beginners. Then we hit the exciting waterfall and rope swing at Poza Azul. While at Poza Azul, we bumped into Diego Vargas and El Pelon from Informe 11 Repretel during the filming of their show El Pozómetro llega hasta Poza Azul!
