A Weekend in Brighton | Everything to See & Do
We have arrived in one of our favourite spots in the UK - Brighton! and we have finally got some beautiful weather here in England - the sun is out yayyy
First up we give you a room tour of our very cool accommodation - the Artist Residence where every room has a unique look to it before heading off to first coffee spot - the Flour Pot (highly recommend for coffee addicts like ourselves)
Next we head to the Brighton Lanes trying to find our brunch spot Lost in the Lanes which was a fitting name because we literally got lost in the lanes trying to find it.
After an incredible breakfast we headed up the i360 tower to get insane views of Brighton from high above before doing some more thrift shop shopping as we made our way to the Komedia comedy lounge to watch a stand up show.
The next day we hand a bagel on the beach (Jess's dream) before going to Choccywoccydoodah to have a hot chocolate straight out of Willy Wonka's chocolate factory.
We ended our time at the Brighton Pier to try and win Jess a pug...we failed.

England Travel Guide | 10 Best Places to Visit | Discover Fantastic Things to Do, Places to Go
Explore historical-turned-trendsetting London, marvel at the stone circle at Stonehenge, or hit the beach in Brighton — here's some of the best places to visit in England.
Visit to Brighton & Brighton Beach
On a sunny, warm Saturday morning in July, we decided to set out on a trip from London to Brighton (South England / Southern UK) to see this pretty seaside town. This video is a small virtual walking tour of Brighton for you.
We only covered a fraction of the official things to do in Brighton because we were only there for a couple of hours for our day in Brighton, but we did get to fit a few sightseeing places including:
- a fair number of the city's pretty bunting-clad streets with flower window boxes and hanging baskets (the North Laines, the Lanes, Kemp Street, Kensington Gardens and East Street)
- Pavilion gardens with the Royal Pavilion's impressive building as well as the Brighton Museum and Art Gallery building
- Victoria gardens
- Brighton pier (from afar at least)
- Brighton Beach and the length of the promenade where there's volleyball, boules, basketball courts and lots of little shops, kiosks, restaurants, galleries and bars.
- the famous colourful Brighton Beach huts
Just walking around and soaking up the vibe of the place was great and filled our day to the brim so if you're looking for cheap Brighton ideas for things to do in Brighton on your Brighton holiday / break - I'd recommend just exploring the area by foot.
I hope you enjoy the video :)

Brighton Beach, Melbourne | Places to visit | Exploring Australian beaches including nude beaches
Dive into Port Phillip Bay under the watch of 82 distinctive bathing boxes, a row of uniformly proportioned wooden structures lining the foreshore at Brighton Beach.
Built well over a century ago in response to very Victorian ideas of morality and seaside bathing, the bathing boxes remain almost unchanged. All retain classic Victorian architectural features with timber framing, weatherboards and corrugated iron roofs, though they also bear the hallmarks of individual licencees' artistic and colourful embellishments.
Thanks to these distinctive decorations, the boxes turn the Brighton seaside into an immediately recognisable, iconic beachscape that can transform by the hour according to season, light and colour. Just try to resist pulling out your camera and snapping away.

By train: A train from the city will take around 20 minutes on the Sandringham line. Catch it from Flinders Street Station to Brighton Beach Railway Station and take the scenic 500-metre stroll down to the bathing boxes.
By car: Driving from the city to Brighton takes around 20 minutes depending on the traffic. There is council parking close to the beach once you get there.
By bus: Catch the 216 or 219 bus from Melbourne CBD.

How to have the Perfect Weekend in Liverpool, England
Our UK Rail journey has begun with our first stop in Liverpool.
If you are looking for a day trip from London or just want the perfect weekend here we have tried to see as much as possible in the birthplace of the Beatles.
After catching our train from London to Liverpool our first stop had to be the number 1 thing to see, the insane Superlambanana which has to be seen in person to be believed.
Next up a ride on the Mersey river ferry to see the city from the water, but you know we needed our coffee first and what's better than a Beatles themed cafe called the Fab 4.
A trip to Liverpool is not complete without a pp into Mathew street, where the Beatles were discovered, before popping into some vintage shops as we made our way towards the final stop - the Liverpool cathedral to see the city from above.
Thanks to ACP Rail for our Britrail tickets:
