We celebrated Tom's first birthday in Thailand at the gorgeous Cape Panwa Hotel, Phuket. On day one, we had the beach to ourselves, swam, took the drone out, had cocktails and a delicious dinner at the Panwa House. We tried some mysterious traditional Thai desserts, found night crabs on the beach, and had a great time exploring.

The shuttle ride from Kantary bay hotel to The Cape Panwa hotel Phuket, Thailand
This is a short bus ride recorded on my mobile just so you can see how steep the hill is. You can walk up it but it is hard work and very hot in the day time. There are a couple of great places to eat at the top. Jamses has the most authentic Thai food in the town and Sabai Sabai has the best views. The shuttle between the hotels is free (luckily) and there are other shuttle which go in to Phuket town and Patong beach but they do have a charge. 200 Bhat for the town (return) and 400 Bhat for Patong (return) however, you can get the local bus from the aqaurium in to Phuket town for 30 Bhat.

This is our room in the quite Cape Panwa Hotel, we find the best price in asiarooms.com.
Is a grate hotel, quiet and nice but away from it all.
The menus were very good, and the private beach is really quite.... For my next time i prefer someone nearest Phuket town.
