Pure nature, less price (but high quality) food, nice people, brand new hostels, and mixed culture temples.

My brother and I spent our last three days in on this trip in Ubon Ratchathani Province, Khueang Nai district, and also in ubon city. My brother brought with him a dji mavic pro. I didn't record much here because we didn't really do much and i had a horrible tooth ache lol. We went back to the USA after this video but i have much more footage to release in the meantime. I am going back to Thailand in October for a month.

Diese faszinierende Reise bringt dich in vom Tourismus weitgehend unberührte Gebiete und ist noch ein Geheimtipp für Reisen abseits der touristischen Pfade. Die Menschen leben hier hauptsächlich von der Landwirtschaft und sind überaus liebenswert. Du siehst wie Reis angebaut wird, lernst exotische Früchte kennen, beobachtest die Bauern beim Bearbeiten der Reisfelder, lernst die Dorfbewohner kennen und besuchst die örtliche Dorfschule. 2 Tagesausflüge runden das Homestay Programm ab.
Die Reise ist besonders geeignet für unkomplizierte und reiselustige Paare, welche Thailand schon einmal besucht haben und nun eine Reise abseits der üblichen Touristenpfade planen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr einfach, dafür wird man jedoch um ein Vielfaches mit unvergleichbaren Eindrücken abseits des Massentourismus entschädigt. Desweitern solltest du über ein bisschen Englischkenntnisse verfügen, da Nok kein Deutsch spricht. Nicht geeignet ist die Reise für Pauschaltouristen mit hohem Komfortanspruch.

Ubon Ratchathani is one of the four major cities of Isan (Khorat, Ubon Ratchathani, Udon Thani, and Khon Kaen), also known as the big four of Isan. The city is on the Mun River in the southeast of the Isan region of Thailand. It is known as Ubon for short. The name means royal lotus city. The provincial seal features a pond with a lotus flower and leaves in a circular frame. Ubon is the administrative centre of Ubon Ratchathani Province.[2] As of 2006, the Ubon urban area had a population of about 200,000. This included 85,000 in Thetsaban Nakhon Ubon Ratchathani (Ubon municipality), 30,000 each in Thetsaban Mueang Warin Chamrap (Warin municipality) and Thetsaban Tambon Kham Yai, 24,000 in Thetsaban Tambon Saen Suk, 10,000 in each of Thetsaban Tambon Pathum and Tambon Kham Nam Saep, and 6,000 in Thetsaban Tambon Ubon.
