Haiti Changed My Life! Travel Lessons
PLEASE READ BELOW! My trip to Haiti was very unique and taught me many lessons! I hope to share these lessons in order to perhaps give you some insight about the country from MY perspective, the people and how much you can GAIN through helping others. I wanted to mention that I used the comparison of discrimination to describe what I experienced, as a catalyst for the lesson of saying that I learned that it must be horrible to experience actual discrimination on a daily basis in a situation that you have no control over. And the situation i described in the video was one example of various situations that happened to us there, because I didn't think of it as an overall negative trip, so I didn't want to make it a negative video. It just taught me a lot, and thats what I wanted to share.

My Purpose in Going to Haiti
There are something like 10,000 NGOs in Haiti. When I go to Haiti I see an incredibly beautiful place with wonderful people. It is a place that I hope one day won't need or want all those NGOs. Helping Sadrac's Paradise Hotel in the village of Basin Bleu be successful I hope will do a little to help with this.
