– The Russian Air Force launched a major assault this evening on an explosives warehouse that belonged to Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham in rural Idlib.
According to a military source in the Hama Governorate, the Russian Air Force heavily bombed Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham’s explosives warehouse, which is located near the key town of Saraqib in northeast Idlib.
As a result of the Russian Air Force attack, the HTS warehouse was completely destroyed, causing a powerful explosion that could be heard several kilometers away.
This attack by the Russian Air Force marked the first time this year that they targeted the northeastern countryside of the Idlib Governorate.
Typically, the Russian Air Force concentrates on the jihadist movements near the large city of Jisr Al-Shughour; however, due to Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham’s expansion, the Russian military has zeroed on several other areas where the jihadist group is active.

RAW: Fighting between SAA and rebels in Daraa intensifies
Fighting intensified between Syrian Arab Army (SAA) forces and rebels in the city of Daraa on Monday. Missiles and mortar guns pounded targets in Daraa Camp – the city’s former Palestinian refugee camp, a built-up residential area. On Sunday, SAA troops reportedly recaptured several neighborhoods, including the School Complex area in the Daraa Camp suburb.

The Destruction of Syria ¦ How the Assad clan and US henchmen tore down an entire nation
It is common to see a picture of a Syrian army soldier flashing a victory sign after some recent success in battle, while in the background most buildings in the town lie in ruins, and the former residents of the area are living elsewhere in refugee camps. More than (400,000) Syrians have been killed in the four-year war, at least one million have been wounded, and an estimated twelve million Syrians which is half of Syrias population are refugees. An entire generation of Syrian children are growing up without an education in a landscape laid to waste. In this sense Syria has become hell on Earth. How did this happen?
Be it the Ottomans, the British, the French or exclusive Syrian clans every single one of them has eventually brought nothing but misery to Syria.
The Syrian people were victims of a constant power struggle between different occupiers and tyrants that would benefit the Syrians only as long as it kept them in power and that would sacrifice anything - the country, its people, their dignity - to stay in charge of the country.
At the end of the day the reasons are always the same: money, geopolitics, thirst for power and control.
And this is why today Syria lies in ruins.
