The Most Magical Town in Mexico: Taxco, Guerrero
Welcome to the the most Magical Pueblo Mágico of all of the Pueblo Mágicos- Taxco, Guerrero! Located just a couple of hours from Mexico City, Taxco is built upon a beautiful mountainside. It truly looks like something out of a dream! When you are walking the streets of Taxco you feel like you have stepped back in time! White with red tiled roof buildings, the streets are cobblestone, and the taxis look like VW Bugs from the 1950's. There are surprises awaiting you around every corner and callejon!
What to do in Taxco 2018:

Climb (or taxi) to the Mirador Cristo del Rey
Explore the Grutas de Cacahuamilpa
Take a ride on the Taxco teleferico

Ixtapa & Zihuatanejo: Two Mexican Beach Paradises
Mexico has so much coastline, it is no wonder it is world famous for its beaches. But I didn't realize how charming some of these beach towns could be until I traveled there this past March. I took my mom, whom had never been to Mexico, and she and I explored the sleepy streets of the fishing village of Zihuatanejo (or Zihua). We shopped for shoes in little markets, ate lunch at a vegan cafe, strolled along the dock for a majestic view of the harbor and dined at mezcal focused restaurant along the beach walk. We even ate a torchlit dinner on the sand at Viceroy Zihuatanejo and took a sunset cruise to admire the Pacific waters and stunning coastline.
But we stayed in Ixtapa, at the breathtaking Capella Resort Ixtapa, where we could admire the ocean from our private infinity pool, the terrace bar, their open air restaurants or even from our luxurious bed. We also took a boat to Isla Ixtapa for snorkeling and beachtime. There's so much more to say about these amazing Mexican paradises but watch the video and then just GO.

ACAPULCO, MEXICO - Hola amigos and welcome back! I'm taking a break from life in Mexico and I've headed to Acapulco, Guerrero on the south coast of Mexico for an actual vacation to celebrate 10,000 subscribers, one year in Mexico and most of all, my 37th birthday!
This video is a brief overview of my FIRST IMPRESSIONS of Acapulco after a couple of days of being there. It is not a comprehensive guide to Acapulco, so before you leave any retarded comments such as But you just walked down a street and left, or But you didn't do this/go there - this is the FIRST video of a series of videos in Acapulco so there will be more to come! Comprende?
Acapulco is often considered as one of the most dangerous cities in the world and the most dangerous city in Mexico, with tourists discouraged from visiting due to rising crime levels over the last decade. But let's see for ourselves shall we!
Coming up are videos from the Zocalo area some local seafood, La Laja and more! Don't expect typical tourist activities like boat trips and diving, that's not what I'm here for.

You won't believe the beauty of Michoacán, Mexico
Today we explore Mexico's great state of Michoacan, seeing the National Park of Uruapan and the capital city Morelia. Both of them turned out to be beautiful stops, in very different ways.
Parque Nacional Uruapan is one of the most naturally beautiful places I've visited in Mexico. It's full of waterfalls and lush forest.
Morelia is a classic colonial city that completely surprised us with its beautiful and clean downtown. We're surprised, not to find such a nice city in Mexico (because Mexico has many great cities) but because I had not heard of many people visiting Morelia before.
I really think Uruapan and Morelia are both very underrated destinations, and should be considered if you are planning a trip through Mexico. Travel safely, as I am aware that there are parts of Michoacan where violence is an issue. But we had no issues whatsoever on this trip through a truly beautiful part of Mexico.
