'The Fanling Hong Lok Park is a public recreation area in the north of the Huanggang Mountain in Fanling , New Territories . It is adjacent to the public housing estate Cheung Wah Estate and is now managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department .
The park is designed with the theme of Jiangnan Water Village in China . The surrounding forest is surrounded by arbor forests . The center of the park is a large water storage pond .
