Kadoma is a city located in Osaka Prefecture, Japan. The city was founded on August 1, 1963. As of March 2017, the city has an estimated population of 124,516 and a population density of 10,000 persons per km². The total area is 12.28 km². Kadoma is located northeast of Osaka on the Keihan Railway, and is connected to Osaka's other northern suburbs by the Osaka Monorail. In 2005, it was planned to merge Kadoma with the neighboring city of Moriguchi, however the plan was cancelled.

Towa Pharmaceutical Ractab Dome is an indoor sporting arena located in Kadoma city in the Osaka Prefecture of Japan. Construction was completed in early 1996. The primary architect was Mamoru Kawaguchi, founder of the firm Kawaguchi & Engineers. The dome is composed largely of reinforced concrete and steel frames and covers an area of approximately 25,000 m2. Inside is a main competition arena plus a separate swimming pool, training room, multipurpose hall, conference rooms and Restaurant Namihaya. The main arena has 6,000 fixed seats with a possible capacity for 10,000 people. There is a large screen display and a large electrical score screen.

Hanshin Koshien Stadium , commonly referred to as simply Koshien Stadium, is a baseball park located near Kobe in Nishinomiya, Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. The stadium was built to host the national high school baseball tournaments, and opened on August 1, 1924. It was the largest stadium in Asia at the time it was completed, with a capacity of 55,000. The name Kōshien comes from the Sexagenary cycle system. The year of the stadium's founding, 1924, was the first year kōshi in the cycle. The design of the stadium was heavily influenced by the Polo Grounds in New York City. In 1936 it became the home stadium for the Osaka Tigers , now with the Central League. Just some clips from our everyday life in Osaka ~ Rain, doing laundry on the balcony, having a bbq, eating kaiten sushi, and going to karaoke in Kyobashi.

One thing about Japan, it rains a lot. And when it rains, it pours. But mostly we’ve only been experiencing good weather. And we took advantage of that and had a small bbq at a friends’ place in Kadoma.

Then we went exploring around Kadoma, and we took a walk from Kadoma minami station and walked to Owada station. It was so peaceful and quiet around there.

Then we headed back to Kyobashi station to have some kaiten sushi and karaoke. I honestly can’t remember what kaiten sushi we went to but there are so many around Kyobashi station. I think it was close to the JR station but I’m not sure.

Jankara Karaoke (ジャンカラ・カラオケ)
There are lots of karaoke places in Kyobashi. We headed to one of the Jankara (ジャンカラ) because I think it’s one of the cheaper karaoke chains. There are a couple in Kyobashi and you can find them easily with their store locator on their website:

And of course we chose the alternative with nomihoudai 飲み放題 (all you can drink) ~ I think we each payed about ￥3000+ or something for about 3 hours of karaoke + nomihoudai.
