Kineshemsky District is an administrative and municipal district , one of the twenty-one in Ivanovo Oblast, Russia. It is located in the northeast of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,583 square kilometers . Its administrative center is the town of Kineshma . Population: 23,258 ; 27,650 ; 30,805 .
