Oslo is a small town with only 600,000 inhabitants you'd think there isn't much to do in Oslo. Well, you may be pleasantly surprised. Oslo has a lot of great bars & night clubs to offer but the only downside; Oslo is VERY expensive and venues close at 3:00am but that shouldn't prevent you from having an amazing time.
I recommend you start your evening in the Grünerløkka hipster district, this renovated district has quite a few great places to grab a few drinks like Blå & Bortenfor easily located right next to each other. Blå is often considered the best place to be on a Sunday.
In the downtown core of Oslo there is a bar alley way called Strøget which houses a conglomerate of bars namely; Uhørt, Angst, Den Gamle Stobutikken and Karusell all great for socializing and a few beers.
My favorite venue in Oslo is Kulturhuset, a massive social complex with ping-pong tables, fussball, multiple stories of bars and multiple dance floors. I met so many incredible locals at this place that I always ended my nights at this place. A must visit in Oslo!
For some good ol' fist pumpin' and beats head over to NOX/Sollihagen for a young Norwegian crowd or Stratos for an upscale EDM rooftop party with incredible views of Oslo. Alternatively, there is the Lawo lounge where you can mingle with the high rollers and upscale peeps of Oslo. Make sure to try the true Norwegian shots: Akvavit or Aquavit, this extremely strong liquor will have you question your new found Norwegian friends.
If you are an electro head or techno music enthusiast there is a great club called The Villa, this place often featured world famous techno DJ's. End your night with an epic pork knuckle wrap from the Crowbar & Brewery on the Torggata street where you will also find Cafe Sara. In conclusion, Oslo is a small, expensive but amazing city for a few days of sightseeing and making new Norwegian friends.

Trip summary:
9 awesome days!
Planned distance: 2193km
Driven distance: 2833km
Fuel costs: ~300€ per bike
Accommodation costs: ~150€ per person
Food, coffee and snacks: ~300€ (~3000NOK) per person
Ferry: ~130€ per person
Speed limit in Norway is 60-80km/h and fines are drastic (from €100 to jail time).
Plan max driving distance 250-300km per day - it will take around 5-7 hours of driving time.
It took us extra 100km each day to visit some nice “off-road” destinations, which took about an extra 3 hours!
We stopped for short breaks every 100km or 1 hour, fuel refill every 200km (~30min extra time for the short stop).
Dining out is very expensive and usually low quality, take as much food from home as you can!
Best places for short coffee breaks are fuel stations - refill your bike, yourself, and save time :)
Airbnb is the best for finding good and cheap places to stay - plan at least 6 months ahead, don’t leave it for a last minute!
Camel back pack and communication device is a “must have” - we used Sena 10.
Use feature on your navigation device to avoid highways and main roads!
Thanks for watching, go riding!
