Making my own sushi! Exploring Manazuru - Kanagawa Prefecture!
I was lucky enough to be invited on a one-night-stay in a traditional Ryokan in Manazuru, Kanagawa Prefecture! We made our own sushi, tried a family recipe croquette, went up the mountain to see The Three Rocks and I sleep on a Futon for the first time! Our traditional Japanese dinner was also so delish! Make sure to watch to the end to see the blue fluroscent plankton making an entrance in the waves!Check out day 2:

Fish Market & Mikan Picking! Manazuru - Kanagawa Prefecture!
On Day Two in Manazuru we woke up super early to head to the fish market and have fish soup for breakfast! We then head back to the Ryokan for an amazing traditional Japanese lunch. Then we continued on to the Stone Mason, one of the biggest in Japan where everyone gets their Headstones for their graves! We finished this trip off by heading to Matsumoto Mikan Farm and got let loose to roam and pick as many Mikan as we could!Check out day one!
