For this list, we’re looking at the most breathtaking and awe-inspiring hot springs, hot pools and geothermal spas from around the world. We’ll be including both hot springs where you can bathe and luxuriate and those which, for various reasons, are strictly off-limits, but which are nonetheless beautiful enough to make the trip worthwhile.

La provincia di Grosseto, le terme di Saturnia, Montemerano e Manciano
Uno spettacolo della natura, senza bisogno di sborsare un euro, le terme di Saturnia. Un'area molto vasta, con una cascata, detta cascata del Mulino, e numerose vasche, dette piscine, dove è possibile rilassarsi e farsi massaggiare dall'acqua, tutto il tempo che si vuole.
Lungo il tragitto, per andare a prendere l'autostrada, abbiamo incontrato due paesi che bisogna assolutamente visitare, Manciano e Montemerano, che è una sua frazione. Entrambi hanno conservato davvero molto, del lontano Medioevo.

The hot spring of the volcano’s crater flow from deep earth at an incredible speed of 800 gallons per second and then flows into a waterfall, known as the Cascate del Mulino. fyi, Saturnia word comes from name of the Roman god (Saturn). Legend said the history of hot spring Terme di Saturnia and the nearby village are the work of god Saturn (god of agriculture). It is said that one day Saturn throw lightning to earth because he was so angry due to human wars. The powerful lightning crashed into the crater of the volcano which then overflowed and merge with the river water. Saturnia Thermal Spring became a popular tourist attraction in Italy because of the hot spring has existed since centuries ago. This spot has been known for a long time, the Romans also built this place as a resting place.

Pisa è un comune italiano di 90 374 abitanti, capoluogo della provincia omonima in Toscana.
Il comune è il sesto della Toscana per popolazione e si inserisce in un territorio con caratteristiche omogenee, denominato area pisana, che con i vicini comuni di Calci, Cascina, San Giuliano Terme, Vecchiano e Vicopisano, arriva a formare un sistema urbano di circa 195 000 abitanti distribuiti su 475 km². Tra i monumenti più importanti della città vi è la celebre piazza del Duomo, detta Piazza dei Miracoli, dichiarata patrimonio dell'umanità, con la Cattedrale edificata tra il 1063 e il 1118 in stile romanico pisano e la Torre pendente, campanile del XII secolo, oggi uno dei monumenti italiani più conosciuti al mondo per via della sua caratteristica inclinazione.
La città è la sede di tre tra le più importanti istituzioni universitarie d'Italia e d'Europa, l'Università di Pisa, la Scuola Normale Superiore e la Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, nonché una delle sedi del CNR e di altri numerosi istituti di ricerca.
