One of the best places to visit in Thailand has turned out to be Koh Lanta with a day trip to Koh Rok. While you may want to sit around and enjoy the food and beaches, don't miss the trip to Koh Rok Island for a snorkeling tour.
After a great time on the Koh Rok tour, the Diemers say goodbye to Koh Lanta and to their ant infested apartment. (Yes, the ants were really bad. Allison ate them by mistake in the last episode. No, she doesn’t recommend it.) After saying goodbye to this little slice of Thai life, they take the ferry from Koh Lanta to Ao Nang to wait for the arrival of their friend from back home.

If you’re interested in booking a tour of Koh Rok, you should ask around at a few different “travel” agencies. Pricing should be close to $40 USD during high season. Many Thailand hotels will offer to book you a tour as well. It was definitely one of the best snorkeling spots that we were able to hit during our trip.

It baffles me that this place is one of many unknown tourist attractions in Bangkok.
Talat Noi or Talad Noi, has got to be one of the most unique places in Bangkok. These streets are full of metal, car parts, engines and all sorts of scrap metal.
The moment you walk into this area you can already see piles and piles of scrap metals stacked up from floor to ceiling. Not only on the outside of the stores but also on the inside.
The inside of the stores is full of car parts and scrap metal, that it's literally spilling out onto the streets. It's incredible.
It's also a great place for some unique and interesting photos.
