Křivoklát Castle, Czech Republic - Best Travel Destination
Křivoklát Castle is located in the Central Bohemia Region of the Czech Republic. Křivoklát was founded in the 12th century, belonging to the kings of Bohemia. During the reign of Přemysl Otakar II a large, monumental royal castle was built, later rebuilt by king Václav IV and later enlarged by king Vladislav of Jagellon. The castle was damaged by fire several times. It was turned into a harsh prison and the building slowly deteriorated. During the 19th century, the family of Fürstenberg became the owners of the castle and had it reconstructed after a fire in 1826. Today the castle serves as a museum, tourist destination and place for theatrical exhibitions. Collections of hunting weapons, Gothic paintings and books are stored there. The village of Křivoklát, founded in the 14th century, grew slowly below the castle.
Euro Road Trip Part 3b: Driving in the Czech Republic
So 2 seconds after the first video went up, it got muted by YouTube for a 30 second barely audible clip from the radio. So.....rather than leave the whole thing muted, I've muted the last 30 seconds that contained the song, and a smaller clip earlier that MIGHT have contained about 5 seconds of the song, but thought I'd better be safe.
AS I SAID IN MY ORIGINAL - I do not own the copyright on any of the music that might be playing the background, it is copyright by the respective artists.

You'll see views of Plešovice, Třísov, Holubov, Křemže, Vrábeč or Vrábče and Černý Dub. In Holubov you can listen to bird sounds as the train lingers for a while in the train station as the birds in the surrounding trees are singing loudly. South Moravian Museum in Znojmo
| One of the oldest museums in South Moravia.
From its inception in 1878, the municipal museum began collecting mementos and relics from Znojmo’s past, which it then presented to the public in its first exhibition in 1889. Through the work of custodian Anton Vrbka, the collections were rehoused in Znojmo Castle in 1910.
The entire castle and the historic rotunda themselves fell under the museum’s administration in 1920. The castle occupies a promontory above the confluence of the Dyje and the Gránický stream in Znojmo. Part of the castle complex is made up of St. Catherine’s Rotunda.
The museum today also administers the Franciscan Monastery, the ruins of Cornštejn Castle, the Prokop Diviš Memorial and the House of Arts. Its exhibition activities make the South Moravian Museum one of the important cultural institutions of the town and region.
