Travel Cape Town, South Africa - Visiting the Beaches in Cape Town
Take a tour of Cape Town Beaches in South Africa -- part of the World's Greatest Attractions travel video series by GeoBeats.
The South African city of Cape Town is reputed to have some of the most illustrious beaches in the world.
To accompany the great shores are the flamboyant and colorful beach cabins that add to the delightful personality of these beaches.
Cape Town is the site where the convergence of two oceans - The Indian Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean takes place.
This unique feature creates two distinct styles of beach stemming from these two vastly different bodies of water.
For the hip and trendy, the Atlantic Ocean beaches are a must and those looking for solitude should head to the beaches on the side of the Indian Ocean.
Cape Town has earned many Blue Flag Beach honors due to the quality of water and cleanliness.

The best thing to do in Cape Town
The best thing to do in Cape Town on beautiful day is to light up a braai with some family or friends and enjoy what Cape Town has to offer. In this video my brother, father, our kids and I decided to head to PerdeKloof in the deep south to enjoy a braai.
PerdeKloof is situated at the bottom of Red Hill in the direction of Scarborough. This beautiful picnic spot is a hidden gem. If you’re looking for a quiet place to have a braai and see the spectacular views that the Western Cape has to offer, then this is it. There are concrete tables and braai spots, and as is the case with other spots, those visiting will have to bring wood, braai grids and all the necessary gear to get a fire going. Please note, the picnic area does not allow portable braais or dogs. Entrance is R15 per adult and R7 per child.
Thank you for stopping by.
