Bangkok, Thailand’s capital, is a large city known for ornate shrines and vibrant street life. The boat-filled Chao Phraya River feeds its network of canals, flowing past the Rattanakosin royal district, home to opulent Grand Palace and its sacred Wat Phra Kaew Temple. Nearby is Wat Pho Temple with an enormous reclining Buddha and, on the opposite shore, Wat Arun Temple with its steep steps and Khmer-style spire.
1. Longest City Name
You must be thinking Bangkok is not the longest city name in any way but look at the traditional Thai name – “Krung Thep Mahanakhon Amon Rattanakosin Mahinthara Yuthaya Mahadilok Phop Noppharat Ratchathani Burirom Udomratchaniwet Mahasathan Amon Piman Awatan Sathit Sakkathattiya Witsanukam Prasit”. Yes that’s the complete Thai name of Bangkok and has been listed as the longest name for a place in Guinness Book of World records.
2.Strange Laws
Leaving the house without underwear in Bangkok can lend you in jail. It is also illegal to drive a vehicle bare-chested. And be careful, do not step on Thai currency as it is also against the law.

If you would like to help and Support Our Channel....
Pantip Plaza, the most famous Bangkok electronics mall. Pantip Plaza was the king of all IT shops in Thailand and has gained the status as the place to find new and used computers and accessories at rock-bottom prices.
Pantip Plaza, building is on Petchaburi Road, Pantip Plaza has also gained notoriety because of the widespread practice of selling counterfeit software, DVDs mobile phones and so on
Selling ‘naughty movies are common at Pantip Plaza and you will be approached to buy them. Also Pirate copies of programs it could be Windows 10 or Adobe Photoshop they have everything you could imagine
The mall itself has seen better days,
There are lots of stalls closed down now not like 10 years ago you could not move crowds everywhere. If it is your first visit to Pantip Plaza there are some things you should know to aid your experience, as well as a few things to be aware of. They will try to sell you a copy of a Samsung’s latest and greatest and it’s a cheap chines tablet or whatever with a Samsung sticker on it. If they ask you how long you stay in Thailand for that’s a red flag as they will sell you anything at any price and knowing it will fall apart on you during your flight home
But it’s not all bad there are some very good and honest sellers at Pantip Plaza and there are still bargains to be had...
Pantip Plaza
You name it. Pantip Plaza shopping mall has it this is where other traders from around the country go to buy at wholesale prices and resell all over Thailand

Bangkok is the capital city of Thailand with more than 11 million inhabitants. It’s a huge and modern city. During your stay you can visit Wat Traimit known as Golden Buddha and Wat Pho which is Bangkok’s biggest temple.
You can take a walk and visit Chatuchak Weekend Market which is among the largest markets in the world. You can buy food, drinks, antiques, handicrafts, souvenirs, clothing, housewares, pets and plants.
You can also visit another market to taste culinary specialty, the Floating Market, locally known as Damnoen Saduak. The Floating Market boats sell tropical fruits and vegetables which are really fresh and you can buy ready-to-drink coconut juice and local food cooked from floating kitchens directly on the boats.
You can visit The Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew built in 1782. The Grand Palace includes Wat Phra Kaew which is the Temple of the Emerald Buddha. There you can also find Wat Arun (or Temple of Dawn). Wat Arun symbolises the birth of the Rattanakosin Period and the new capital after Ayutthaya fell. Locally known as Wat Chang it is located in the west of Bangkok.

111105 Ko Tao, Thailand, December 1999
Ko Tao, an island in the Gulf of Thailand off Chumphon on the east coast of the Thai panhandle, is an idyllic place to dive, hike or just plain chill. Here are some photos I took with a Sony Mavica camera back in 1999. This was the dinosaur of digital cameras. You slotted a 1.44mb 3.5 floppy disk into it, and you could take 25 pictures before you had to replace the disk. Here the photos have been slightly re-worked in Photoshop, strung together in Premiere Pro with cross dissolves and served up with a soundtrack created with a Roland synth and a Boss drum machine.
