In 1996, the remains of Siamotyrannus isanensis, a new family of carnivorous thunder lizards, were unearthed in the park. The Phu Wiang Dinosaur Museum is situated within the park and displays many of the park's finds. The park, measuring 325 square kilometres in size, is located approximately 85 kilometres northwest of Khon Kaen. The area is characterized by a central plain and the low hills of the western Phu Phan Mountains.

Nam Nao National Park is a protected area in Nam Nao District, Phetchabun Province in northern Thailand. It is 55 kilometres east of Lom Sak District. The park is a large forest still in its original state. It is filled with pineries, grasslands, and jungle. The park is home to more than 100 species of birds. The average annual temperature is 25 degrees Celsius. Between December and January temperatures drop to as low as 2-5 degrees Celsius. Nam Nao National Park is part of a Level I tiger conservation unit . It encompasses 1,000 square kilometres .

So i decided to spend my Christmas on the top of the mountain. I was expecting just an amazing hike but little did i know, I hiked with great people along the way. I met an 82 year old woman who hiked with the son of her boss. She said, I think i can still do it, i can still hike the mountain. I need to walk faster because it's a lot harder when i walk slowly. During the first day, we walked for 30 minutes to the second cliff to watch the sun setting.

Sightseeing in Chiang Khan, Thailand

My gf brought me to sightseeing in Chiang Khan at Loei province. We ate in restaurant the Northern Thai foods were very yummy. Here was the famous street walking. It was good for exercise at evening. Enjoy!

Loei is the northern most of the Esan(Northeast) provinces, its surrounded by mountainous landscapes and these are just a few attractions that I visited!

There's so much more to do I wished I had more time to explore.
