Areekkal Waterfalls || Cascading Waterfalls in Kochi

Areekkal waterfalls is one of the least explored waterfalls in Ernakulam district, Kerala. Areekkal waterfalls is situated near Piramadam, Ernakulam. Areekkal waterfalls offer a mind-blowing perspective of the goodness of nature with its multi-stepped cascading waterfall and is considered as one of the best waterfalls near Cochin city.
Areeckal is a small waterfall but its definitely enjoyable. Areekkal waterfall is a perfect destination for spending some time with friends & family or to escape out from the overloaded city life. From the main road proceed through the paved pathway via the rubber plantation to reach the waterfalls. Also, areeckal waterfalls is well maintained and we were able to see a security guard while our visit to the waterfall
