Ravenhall is an outer suburban locality in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 22 km west of Melbourne's Central Business District, adjoining the Melbourne suburbs, located within the City of Melton local government area. Ravenhall recorded a population of 1,157 at the 2016 Census. Ravenhall is located south of the Western Freeway and the suburb of Caroline Springs. To the east, outside the City of Melton boundary is the Melbourne suburb of Deer Park. The locality is named after the Ravenhall Munitions Siding, established during World War II.
