Indian market has always shown interest in entry level Private Car, and Maruti 800 has proven its worth. Just when Maruti 800 was replaced by Alto 800, Datsun also recognised the opportunity and launched Redi-Go for Ready to Go Generation. Its main competitors were ALTO800 & Renault Kwid. However in 2017,Datsun Redi-go sales have shown Good response with 0.8L engine and thus company has launched the new 1-litre engine with new Colors and patterns for attracting Young Generation.
