The Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum is an aviation museum which displays a number of military and civilian aircraft and spacecraft, most notably, the Hughes H-4 Hercules, popularly known as the Spruce Goose. The museum is located in McMinnville, Oregon, across the street from the former headquarters of Evergreen International Aviation. Oregon Route 18 separates the museum from the company operations and McMinnville Municipal Airport . An IMAX theater opened in 2007, and a second exhibit hall focusing on the Titan II ICBM and space technology opened in 2008.

10. Fort Clatsop National Memorial Astoria
Fort Clatsop was the encampment of the Lewis and Clark Expedition in the Oregon Country near the mouth of the Columbia River during the winter of 1805-1806. Located along the Lewis and Clark River at the north end of the Clatsop Plains approximately 5 miles southwest of Astoria, the fort was the last encampment of the Corps of Discovery, before embarking on their return trip east to St. Louis. The Lewis and Clark Expedition wintered at Fort Clatsop before returning east to St. Louis in the spring of 1806. Oregon coast has been very van friendly! My name is Brian. I live on the road full time in my self built camper van. Join me on my adventures. I this video I leave my camp in the Tillamook State Forest in Tillamook, Oregon. I head into town and sleep overnight in a Fred Myers parking lot due to rain in the forecast. The next day I head north and end up at Rockaway Beach, Oregon. This was a great little beach town to spend the day at. I ended up sleeping in the van parked in front of the condos adjacent to the public parking lot. The Oregon Scenic Railroad station is also in this parking lot. It was cool to see the train pull in. I enjoyed a pizza from a local shop called the Upper Crust while I watched the sunset over the ocean. Truly an awesome day living on the road.Thanks for watching!

See the full 2018/19 Snowbird Trip Playlist -In this video, Anne and I visit Cannon Beach Oregon on an unseasonably warm autumn day Nov 7th, 2018. I show you the sights and sounds of one of our all-time favorite beaches including the tides pools in front of famous Haystack Rock and the Needles.
We finish the day at nearby Hug Point at sunset to walk the secluded beach and view a beautiful waterfall.
